Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2026 Corolla vehicles. The front headlights may have missing headlight aim markings, which can result in improperly aimed headlights during service. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

On certain vehicles, the seatback recliners for the front seats may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the seatback(s) could loosen and move in a crash.

Kia America, Inc. (Kia) is recalling certain 2025 Telluride vehicles, equipped with power front seat(s). Due to a manufacturing error, the driver and passenger seat back frame assemblies may fail to properly restrain occupants in a crash.

A seat back frame that fails to properly restrain an occupant during a crash increases the risk of injury.
Remedy

Subaru of America, Inc. is recalling certain 2026 Crosstrek hybrid, and 2025 Forester hybrid vehicles. When the fuel tank is near full capacity, an increase in ambient temperature may cause the fuel to expand and spill out of the filler neck due to an insufficient seal on the fuel cap.
Safety Risk
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures, and to limit the fuel level to 50% until the remedy is completed. Dealers will replace the fuel filler cap gasket, free of charge. On certain vehicles, there could be a problem inside the high-voltage battery. As a result, the high-voltage battery cells could short circuit.
Note: This problem would cause a warning message to be displayed in the instrument panel.
Safety Risk
A short circuit in the high-voltage battery can create a fire risk, even while the vehicle is parked and turned off.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Volvo advises that you should limit the vehicle's maximum state of charge to no more than 70% until the recall repairs have been completed. Volvo will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and replace battery modules, as necessary.
On certain vehicles, the fuel filler cap gasket may not seal properly to the housing. As a result, fuel could leak from the fuel filler neck.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2025 Mercedes-Benz eSprinter vehicles. The vehicles fail to make sufficient pedestrian warning sounds when in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 141, "Minimum Sound Requirements for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles."

On certain vehicles, the outer ball joint for the rear suspension toe link(s) may seize. If this happens, the toe link(s) could break while driving. This could cause a sudden loss of vehicle stability.

On certain vehicles, a software problem with the integrated trailer module (ITRM) may cause the trailer lights not to work when towing. This problem could also cause the trailer brakes not to work on certain vehicles.
Note: This problem would cause a "Trailer brake module fault" message to be displayed and turn signal telltale to flash rapidly. This recall also affects certain Super Duty incomplete vehicles.
Safety Risk
Trailer lights that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and cause following drivers not to recognize that the vehicle is braking or intends to turn or change lanes. These issues could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a loss of trailer brakes could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to eligible vehicles to update the ITRM software. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership.
On certain electric vehicles, the reverse sound of the pedestrian warning system may not be loud enough. Canadian regulations require electric vehicles to make a minimum sound level when operating at low speeds.

On certain vehicles, the wiring harness for the air conditioning system may not have been routed properly. As a result, when the cabin air filter is replaced, the wiring could become damaged by contact with the housing cover and cause a short circuit.
Note: This recall also affects certain 2025-2026 model year M5 sedan and 2025 model year M5 touring models.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, BMW advises not to use the remote heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) or remote engine start features and not to leave the vehicle unattended with the engine running until the recall repairs have been completed. Remedy

The electrical wiring harness for the air conditioning system may become damaged during replacement of the cabin air filter.

On a small number of vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 25S54 (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-283) may not have been done correctly. As a result, another repair is required.
On certain vehicles equipped with a 2.5 L HEV or PHEV engine, a manufacturing problem could lead to an engine failure. In some cases, an engine failure can create the risk of a fire.
