BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2025 530i and 540i xDrive vehicles. The air bag control unit may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can result in the air bags not deploying as intended.
Safety Risk

Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2025 EX90 vehicles. The bolts for the second-row free-standing seat may not be tightened properly.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Honda Accord, Accord Hybrid, Civic Sedan, Civic Hatchback, Pilot, and 2024 HR-V, Acura Integra and Acura Integra Type S vehicles. The driver's seat cushion frame may not have been tightened properly, which can result in an unsecured seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2025 X3 30 xDrive vehicles. The gas generator in the right-side head curtain air bag may have been assembled incorrectly.
Safety Risk
An incorrectly assembled air bag can result in delayed activation or improper deployment of the head curtain air bag, increasing the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the right-side head curtain air bag, if necessary, free of charge. The vehicles have not been sold from dealer inventory and therefore no owner letters will be mailed. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by an FCA dealer during recall Z48 (Transport Canada recall no. 2022-305) may not be effective. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain vehicles, a problem inside the hydraulic control unit (HCU) for the antilock brake system (ABS) could cause the ABS and electronic stability control (ESC) system not to work. This could also cause the brake lights to turn on or stay on without pressing the brake pedal, and it may allow the vehicle to be started and the transmission to be shifted out of the Park position (P) without pressing the brake pedal.

An antilock braking system and/or electronic stability control system that doesn't work could increase the risk of a crash. A parked vehicle that moves suddenly could create the risk of an injury or a crash. BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2025 X1 xDrive28i and X1 M35i vehicles. The left and right-side B-Pillar reinforcement plates may have been manufactured with insufficient structural strength.

A B-Pillar structure with reduced strength may not adequately protect passengers in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Nissan Z vehicles. The connectors for the right-side pedestrian detection sensors may be reversed in the front bumper harness, which can prevent the pop-up engine hood from activating as intended.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Pacifica and 2020-2021, 2023 Voyager vehicles. An improperly secured connector for the side curtain air bags may prevent the air bags from deploying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 214, "Side Impact Protection" and 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025 Ram 1500 vehicles. The front wheel hub encoder rings may be damaged, which can disable the electronic stability control system. On certain vehicles, the wrong over-the-air software update may have been sent for the antilock braking system (ABS). As a result, there could be a loss of power brake assist. Note: This problem would cause ABS warning lights and messages to display on the instrument panel.
