On certain vehicles, the compliance label may be missing information in French. The words and abbreviations listed on the label for "TIRES", "RIMS", "WITH", "FR" and "RR" and appear in English only, when they should be listed as "TIRES/PNEUS", "RIMS/JANTES", "WITH/AVEC", "FR/AVT" and "RR/ARR". Canadian regulations require this information to be listed on the label in both English and French.
Safety Risk
These small errors do not affect vehicle safety.
Remedy
This is not a recall. Mitsubishi has corrected the compliance label for all new vehicles.
On certain vehicles, the repairs for recall 2021-052 may not have been properly completed. As a result, a second inspection is necessary. On certain vehicles, the outside of the driver's sun visor does not have the required airbag warning label. Canadian regulations require that information about the airbag system is provided on both sides of the sun visor.
Safety Risk
This label provides a driver with information about the airbags and/or child restraint safety recommendations. Not following these recommendations could create an increased risk of injury.
Remedy
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the driver's sun visor.

On certain vehicles, the certification label which contains front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) information pursuant to the requirements of CMVSS 120 does not accurately reflect the actual front gross axle weight. When operating the truck "bobtail" with full fuel tanks and two occupants with an allowance for personal belongings, the actual gross axle weight may exceed the stated rating found on the weight certification label.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will bring the weight certification label into compliance by one or more of the following means: (1) replacement of the label with one which contains correct information; or (2) replacement of front axle tires, rims or tie rod tube or a combination thereof; or (3) replacement or relocation of the fuel tanks. Due to the various truck configurations, several owner notification letters are being sent for this campaign.

On certain motorcycles, the compliance label lists the incorrect tire pressure for the front tire. The label incorrectly lists the recommended tire pressure as 207 kPa (30 psi). The label should instead list the tire pressure as 248 kPa (36 psi) for the Street Bob model, and 221 kPa (32 psi) for the Low Rider model. This information could lead you to underinflate the tires and cause poor handling and/or a tire failure.
Safety Risk
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.
Remedy
Harley-Davidson will mail a new compliance label and an owner's manual insert to each owner. If you would like help to install the label, you can contact a Harley-Davidson dealer to have it installed free of change.

The compliance label on certain motorcycles may be missing information. The gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and gross axle weight rating (GAWR) values may not be listed. The proper tire pressure and rim size may also be missing. Without this information, a user may overload the motorcycle or its tires. This could cause poor handling. A tire that is underinflated or overloaded could fail.
Safety Risk
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.
Remedy
The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to have the compliance label inspected and replaced as required.

Certain M-Series vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 110 - Tire Selection and Rims. For some X5 M and X6 M vehicles, the tire and loading information label incorrectly states the vehicles were equipped with 20-inch tires, however the vehicles are equipped with 21-inch tires. For some M6 Cabriolet and M6 Coupe vehicles, the tire and loading information label incorrectly states the vehicles were equipped with 19-inch tires, however the vehicle is equipped with 20-inch tires. Additionally, the label for the M6 Cabriolet and M6 Coupe vehicles incorrectly displays a value of 32psi (220 kPa), although it should display a value of 35psi (240kPa).
The compliance label may list the wrong tire size and recommended tire inflation pressures. Using a tire that is not properly inflated, or that is the wrong size, could cause a tire failure or result in poor driving performance.
Safety Risk
A tire failure could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect and replace the compliance label as required.

Certain vehicles may have an incorrect compliance label that does not meet the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The vehicle’s compliance label was misprinted with an incorrect manufacturing date of "12/99".
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the compliance label with a corrected one.
Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 120. The Tire and Loading Information Label was printed with incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) data. The information printed on the affected labels is that for the Civic LX model, which weighs less than the Civic EX model. The incorrect labels indicate a GVWR of 1665 kg, front GAWR of 880 kg and rear GAWR of 785 kg. The labels should instead indicate a GVWR of 1695 kg, front GAWR of 895 kg and rear GAWR of 800 kg. Since this does not pose any safety risk, no corrective action is required.
Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 110 - Tire Selection and Rims. The compliance label may contain incorrect rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) information, and may list the rim diameter as being 20" for vehicles equipped with 22" wheels. This could result in vehicle overloading and/or use of replacement tires of an incorrect size and load rating and could adversely affect vehicle handling, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Owners will be supplied with a revised compliance label and installation instructions. Owners may also have the label installed by a dealer.
Certain vehicles may not comply with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The compliance label may bear incorrect rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) information (lower than the vehicle's actual rear GAWR).
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
A production change has been undertaken to remedy this technical non-compliance condition. No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance conditions are deemed to be non-safety related.
Certain Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) vehicles may not comply with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations. The compliance label may bear incorrect front and rear Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) values. If the vehicle were to be loaded in excess of either GAWR value, it could lead to premature tire failure and/or vehicle overloading, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Hyundai will send a corrected GAWR label to current owners with instructions for proper placement. If owners are not comfortable installing the label themselves, they can take the label to a Hyundai dealer for installation.

On certain vehicles, the compliance label doesn't list the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), the tire size or the rim size. This could lead to overloading of the vehicle. Additionally, when the rims and tires are replaced, the wrong rims and/or tires could be installed. Both issues could cause poor handling or a tire failure.
Safety Risk
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
