On certain vehicles, the cruise control radar module may not have been aligned correctly during production. As a result, the adaptive cruise control may falsely detect an obstacle and stop or slow down the vehicle suddenly. Additionally, other driver assistance systems may not work properly, including the pre-collision assist, forward collision warning and/or automatic emergency braking.
Note: This recall only affects two-wheel drive vehicles equipped with adaptive cruise control.

On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the electronic stability control (ESC) system not to work. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations.

On certain vehicles, the passenger-side sliding door may be missing a support beam. In a crash, this could reduce the door's strength. Additionally, the tire and loading information label may not list the correct seating capacity.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022 Dodge Durango and Ram 2500 and 3500 vehicles. Due to a software malfunction, the ABS control module may disable the electronic stability control system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems."

Rivian Automotive, LLC (Rivian) is recalling certain 2022-2024 R1T and R1S vehicles. The attachment clips on the upper B-pillar and/or C-pillar trim panels may have been damaged during a service procedure.

On certain trucks, the steering gear may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, power steering fluid could leak and cause a loss of power steering assist.

On certain motorcycles, the recall repairs completed by a BMW Motorrad dealer during recall 71 02 24RC (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-185) may not be effective. As a result, a second repair is required.
This recall is for certain motorcycles equipped with a BMW Motorrad accessory side case. The latch for the side case lid may not be properly secured, even if it looks like it is. As a result, the lid could open and detach from the motorcycle while riding.
Note: These parts may have been installed on new motorcycles or sold as an accessory part through BMW dealerships. This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2024-185

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2023 AMG C43 4MATIC vehicles, equipped with AMG Performance seats. The seat wiring harness may be incorrectly routed, which can cause it to become damaged when the seat is fully reclined.
