PICKUP TRUCKS WITH OPTIONAL SIDE-MOUNTED TIRE CARRIERS. THE REINFORCEMENT FOR THE IN-BOX SPARE TIRE CARRIER MAY HAVE BEEN ATTACHED USING INCORRECT HEX HEAD BOLTS. UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE OUTER SIDEWALL OF THE SPARE TIRE MAY CONTACT THE SHARP EDGE OF THE BOLT AND POSSIBLY RESULT IN THE ABRASION OF THE SIDEWALL.
