On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the electronic parking pawl (EPP) to be released on its own. Additionally, the electronic parking brake (EPB) wiring harness could become damaged and/or corroded. If both issues happen at the same time, the vehicle could roll away when it's parked.
Safety Risk
A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, VinFast recommends parking the vehicle on a flat surface until the recall repairs have been completed. VinFast will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a VinFast authorized service center to update the vehicle software. The service center will also inspect and repair or replace the EPB wiring harness, as necessary.
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023 Honda Accord, Accord Hybrid, and 2024 HR-V, Pilot, and Acura Integra vehicles. The driver's seat cushion frame may not have been tightened properly, which can result in a loose seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

A loose driver's seat may not adequately restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the driver's seat cushion frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 10, 2026. Owners may contact Honda's customer service at 1-888-234-2138. Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Prius Prime, 2023-2026 Prius, and 2025-2026 Prius Plug-in Hybrid vehicles. Water may enter the rear door switch and cause a short circuit, allowing an unlocked rear door to open unexpectedly.
Safety Risk
A door that unexpectedly opens while the vehicle is moving increases the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will modify the rear door switch circuits, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed March 26, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in Q2 2026. Owners may contact Toyota's customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Vehicles repaired under the previous recall will need to have the new remedy performed.
Polestar Automotive USA, Inc. (Polestar) is recalling certain 2025 Polestar 3 vehicles. The striker brackets that secure the rear seat backrest may be loose. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

A loose rear seat backrest may fall forward and allow cargo to enter the cabin during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and tighten the rear seat backrest striker bracket mounting nuts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 4, 2026. Remedy

General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Chevrolet Blazer EV vehicles that may have been repaired incorrectly under recall 25V433. The rear parking brake wiring harness may become damaged or corroded, resulting in unintended activation of the parking brake or loss of the parking brake function.

On a small number of vehicles, the bolts that attach the driver's seat cushion frame may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen, and the seat could move or detach in a crash.

To reduce the safety risk, Rivian recommends that you shouldn't transport passengers in the second-row outboard seats until the recall repairs are completed. Rivian Automotive, LLC (Rivian) is recalling certain 2022-2025 R1T and 2022-2026 R1S vehicles. The bolts that secure the second-row driver and passenger side seat belt retractor assemblies may be improperly tightened.

On certain vehicles, the rear suspension toe link(s) may not have been properly reinstalled after service. As a result, the toe link(s) could become loose or separate. If this happens, there could be reduced vehicle stability.

Rivian will notify owners by email and advise you to take your vehicle to a Rivian service center to inspect and, if necessary, replace the rear suspension toe link bolt(s).
On certain vehicles converted for wheelchair access by Vantage Mobility, the wheelchair tie-down retractors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the retractor(s) may not lock automatically. If this happens, the wheelchair may not be secured correctly and could move in a crash.
Note: This recall only affects certain Q'Straint QRT-DELUXE and QRT-MAX wheelchair retractors with the part number Q8-6200 or Q8-6209.

On certain vehicles, the rear outboard seat belts may contain defective automatic locking retractors (ALR). As a result, the seat belts may not work properly to secure a child seat.
