The 2021 Bentley Continental GT has 3 recalls, the most serious involving front seat belt assemblies that may be missing the automatic locking retractor needed to properly secure a child safety seat, raising the risk of injury in a crash.
On the seating side, certain power-adjustable front seats can trap a rear passenger's legs during automated seat movement, such as when the seat slides back to a preset position. There is also a documentation error in the owner's manual, which incorrectly describes how the passenger airbag system behaves when the airbag indicator is illuminated. Owners relying on that information may position themselves or passengers closer to the airbag than is safe, which can increase the risk of injury if the airbag deploys in a crash.
