What can fail
The plastic carrier holding the oil filter housing can sag over time. If it does, an armored oil line may rub against and damage the steel brake line directly below it.
What the fix does
A rubber spacer will be installed under the plastic carrier to prevent sagging. Any brake lines with damage to their protective coating will be replaced.
