On certain vehicles, the inflator for the side curtain airbag could rupture at the inflator weld joint and cause the side curtain airbag to inflate without a crash.
Note: This is an expansion of Transport Canada recall nos. 2023-520 and 2023-693. Certain vehicles that were repaired under those recalls, also require this repair.
Safety Risk
A side curtain airbag that inflates without a crash could create a risk of injury.
Remedy
General Motors will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the left and/or right-side curtain airbag(s).
On certain vehicles, the engine may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the engine could make abnormal noises and a warning light may turn on. If you continue to drive the vehicle with these symptoms, the engine could fail.
Note: This recall only affects plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models.
Safety Risk
An engine failure could cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels and/or increase the risk of a vehicle fire. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the powertrain control module software. This software will monitor the engine and warn you if it detects a problem. If you see this warning, you should contact a dealership to arrange for the replacement of the engine.
General Motors, LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2014 Buick Verano and Chevrolet Cruze vehicles. The left and/or right-side roof-rail air bag (RRAB) inflators located on the roof rails above the headliner, may rupture at the inflator weld joint.
Safety Risk
An inflator that ruptures may partially inflate the air bag and cause sharp metal fragments to enter or exit the vehicle, increasing the risk of an injury.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the left and/or right-side RRAB modules, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 5, 2025. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE and 2024-2025 Jeep Wrangler 4XE Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. Debris inside the engine may cause engine failure, which can result in a loss of drive power and/or an engine compartment fire.
Safety Risk
A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash, and a vehicle fire can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will install a software update and replace the block or engine as necessary, free of charge. Interim notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed beginning December 29, 2025. BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2000-2001 X5 vehicles that may be equipped with a sport steering wheel containing a Takata PSDI-4 air bag inflator. The inflator may explode during deployment due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to high absolute humidity, temperature and temperature cycling.
Safety Risk
An inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants, resulting in serious injury or death.
Remedy
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until the remedy is complete. Dealers will inspect and replace the driver's front air bag, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 29, 2025. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning December 23, 2025. This recall expands previous NHTSA recall number 19V015.
This recall applies to vehicles that may be equipped with a replacement sport steering wheel that has a Takata airbag. Long-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, may eventually degrade the propellant contained in the driver-front airbag. This could cause the airbag to deploy with more force than normal. If the airbag inflator ruptures, fragments could be propelled toward vehicle occupants or cause damage to the airbag assembly, preventing its proper function.
Safety Risk
If the vehicle is involved in a crash requiring an airbag deployment, the airbag inflator could rupture and create a risk of injury.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, BMW advises you not to drive the vehicle until the recall repairs have been completed. BMW will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealership to arrange for an inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the driver-front airbag module.

On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by an FCA dealer during recall 95B (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-566) may not be effective. As a result, another repair is required.
On certain vehicles, there could be a problem inside the high-voltage battery that can cause a fire, even while parked with the ignition off.
Note: This recall only affects 4xe plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2024-566.

The vehicle could catch fire, even while parked and turned off.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, FCA advises not to charge your vehicle, and to park it outdoors and away from other vehicles or structures until the recall repairs have been completed. FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the high-voltage battery pack software. If necessary, the battery pack will be replaced.
This recall is for certain aluminum wheels that were installed before delivery or sold as a dealer accessory.
On certain vehicles, the wheels may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the wheel nut(s) could loosen and cause the wheel(s) to detach.
Safety Risk
A wheel separation could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a wheel that separates could create a road hazard for others.
Remedy
Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the hub(s), wheel(s) and wheel nut(s).
On certain motorcycles, the rear shock linkage could break. As a result, the rear of the motorcycle could drop suddenly and contact and stop the rear wheel. This could cause a sudden loss of stability and/or loss of control.

A loss of stability or control could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Zero Motorcycles advises not to ride your motorcycle until the recall repairs are completed. Zero Motorcycles will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the rear shock linkage.
On certain motorcycles, the fuel filler cap seal could crack. As a result, fuel could leak.

KTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2024 390 Duke, 250 Duke, 990 Duke, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 motorcycles. The seal on the fuel filler cap may develop cracks and leak fuel.
Safety Risk
A fuel leak increases the risk of fire or injury.
Remedy

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe and 2022-2026 Grand Cherokee 4Xe vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving.
Safety Risk
A vehicle fire can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures and not to charge their vehicles until the remedy is completed. Dealers will update the high voltage battery software, and replace the high voltage battery, as necessary, free of charge. Some owner notification letters were mailed beginning December 17, 2025. The remaining owner notification letters will be mailed at a later date. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 68C. Mazda North American Operations is recalling certain 2025 CX-50 and CX-50 Hybrid vehicles. The front suspension fastener bolts may not be tightened properly, which can result in suspension component and/or wheel detachment.
Safety Risk
Wheel or suspension component detachment can cause a loss of vehicle control and a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the front suspension fastener bolts and, if necessary, replace and tighten them, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2025. On certain vehicles, the wheel hub nuts, outer tie rod nuts, front lower ball joint nuts, upper control link nuts and/or axle bracket bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the fasteners could loosen and detach. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels, a loss of control and/or parts could separate from the vehicle.
Note: This problem could cause unusual noises from the front of the vehicle when steering and/or driving over bumps.
Safety Risk
A loss of power to the wheels and/or a loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, parts that separate from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Mazda advises you to visually inspect the alignment of the front wheels before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Mazda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and tighten or replace the fasteners, as necessary.
On certain vehicles, the wiring for the 400 W radiator cooling fan module may not have proper circuit protection. Additionally, the bearing for the fan could fail. If this happens, the wiring could overheat and melt before the fuse blows.
Safety Risk
Wiring that overheats and melts could create the risk of a fire.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the cooling fan module and fuse. The dealer will also install a label on the power distribution center and add an insert to the owner's manual.
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2018-2026 Ram ProMaster vehicles. The electrical circuit for the radiator fan may overheat.
Safety Risk
Electrical circuits that overheat increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the cooling fan module and fuse. In addition dealers will provide an addendum for the manual and label for the power distribution center. Some interim notification letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, were mailed December 11, 2025. Some owner notification letters were mailed beginning December 11, 2025. Ferrari North America, Inc. (Ferrari) is recalling certain 2025 296 GTS and 296 GTB vehicles. The nut securing the oil filter connection to the turbocharger oil feed pipes was tightened incorrectly and may cause an oil leak.
Safety Risk
An oil leak near a combustible source increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Owners are advised not to drive their vehicles until they have been repaired. Ferrari will verify tightness and retighten the attachment nut, free of charge. On a small number of motorcycles, the cardan shaft (shaft drive) may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the connection between the shaft and universal joint could slip. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the rear wheel.

Remedy
BMW Motorrad will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the cardan shaft.
On certain vehicles, an over-the-air software update for the telematics box module could cause the hybrid control processor to reset while driving. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.
