BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2025 330i, 330i xDrive, 530i, 530i xDrive, 4 Series Coupe (430i, 430i xDrive), 4 Series Convertible (430i, 430i xDrive), 4 Series Gran Coupe (430i, 430i xDrive) and X3 30 xDrive vehicles. The electrical connection between the starter-generator and battery may come loose.
Safety Risk
A loose starter-generator connection can result in an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, the wiring may overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the starter-generator and positive battery cable as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed May 28, 2025. Second letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
On certain vehicles, the power connector for the starter-generator may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the connection between the connector and the positive battery cable may be loose. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or the connection could overheat.

A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Wiring that overheats could increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
BMW will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership. For certain vehicles, the dealer will replace the starter-generator and positive battery cable. For other vehicles, the dealer will inspect and, if necessary, replace the starter-generator and positive battery cable.
On certain vehicles, there could be a problem with the driver and/or front passenger seatbelt pretensioner(s). As a result, the airbag warning light could turn on, and the seatbelt pretensioners could deploy without a crash.
Note: This recall is an expansion Transport Canada recall no. 2024-084. Certain vehicles repaired under that recall also require this repair.
Safety Risk
Seat belt pretensioners that don't work properly could create an increased risk of injury. Additionally, seat belt pretensioners that deploy without a crash could startle the driver and increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024-2025 F-150, Expedition, and 2024 Lincoln Navigator vehicles equipped with 3.5L GTDI engines. The engine may have a misaligned engine cup plug, which can result in a rapid oil leak.
Safety Risk
A rapid oil leak can result in an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, an oil leak in the presence of an ignition source such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the engine cup plug alignment, and replace the plug if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 22, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S30.
On a small number of hybrid trucks, the wrong fuse may have been installed in the high-voltage battery junction box. As a result, the fuse could blow and cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels, if the truck is in electric-only mode.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to replace the 60-A fuse with one that has a 150-A rating.
On certain vehicles, the engine cup plug(s) may not have been installed properly. As a result, engine oil could leak and cause a loss of power to the wheels.
Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a 3.5 L turbo engine. Vehicles affected by Transport Canada recall no. 2024-687 also require this repair.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 F-150 full hybrid electric (FHEV) vehicles. The high voltage battery junction box may contain an incorrect fuse, which can fail and result in a sudden loss of drive power.

Remedy

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2024-2025 M 1000 XR, and M 1000 R motorcycles. The steering damper may have a loose valve pin within the housing, which can cause an unexpected increase in steering effort.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. The bolts securing the front brake caliper bracket may not be tightened properly, which can result in reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and a loss of front brake function.

Reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and loss of front brake function increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024-2025 ADV160 scooters. The oil pump driven gear may fail, resulting in a loss of drive power.

On certain electric trucks, hardware inside the high-voltage battery pack may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the hardware could loosen and detach. If this happens, the loose hardware could cause a short circuit.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2023-2025 VNR Electric trucks. The high voltage battery may contain loose hardware, which can create a short circuit inside the battery cells.

A high voltage battery that short circuits increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the batteries, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed April 24, 2025. This recall is for certain all-weather floor mats that were sold as a Lucid genuine accessory.
On certain vehicles, the accelerator pedal could get stuck on the floor mat. If this happens, the vehicle may not slow down when you release the accelerator pedal.
Note: This recall is not being conducted under the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.

A stuck accelerator pedal could cause an unintended acceleration and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Lucid advises you to remove the driver's all-weather floor mat. Lucid will notify owners by email and provide you with instructions for how to inspect the all-weather floor mats. You should contact Lucid customer care or a Lucid service center if you would like help inspecting the all-weather floor mats. Lucid will reimburse owners of the affected all-weather floor mats.
Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2020-2021 S90, 2020-2022 S60, V60, XC60, XC90, and 2022 V90 plug-in hybrid vehicles. The high-voltage battery may experience a short circuit within the battery module when the battery is fully charged and the vehicle is parked.

Remedy
Owners are advised not to charge their vehicles until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will inspect and replace the high-voltage battery module as necessary. Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2025 Murano, Pathfinder, and INFINITI QX60 vehicles. One or both front brake caliper assemblies may have reduced strength and could break. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 135, "Light Vehicle Brake Systems."

A broken front brake caliper can cause a loss of front brake function, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 24S24 (Transport Canada recall no. 2024-224) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain vehicles, the powertrain control module (PCM) and body control module (BCM) may not detect a change in the charge level of the 12 V battery. As a result, the engine could stall. This could also cause the engine not to restart after a start-stop event and the hazard lights may not work.
Safety Risk
A sudden loss of power to the wheels or a vehicle that doesn't restart after a start-stop event could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, hazard lamps that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and increase the risk of a crash.

Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the PCM and BCM software.
On certain vehicles, the transmission valve body may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the reverse gear may not work, or the vehicle could move forward, when the reverse ("R") or neutral ("N") positions are selected.
