THE ELECTRONIC ENGINE CONTROL WIRING HARNESS MAY BE MISROUTED SO THAT IT LIES ACROSS THE AUTOMATIC SPEED CONTROL SERVO ARM HOLDING THE SERVO ARM OPEN. THIS CONDITION CAN RESULT IN THE AUTOMATIC SPEED CONTROL BEING HELD OPEN. DRIVERS WOULD HAVE TO STALL THE VEHICLE BY APPLYING THE BRAKES AND/OR TURNING OFF THE IGNITION.
THE GAS TANK FRONT MOUNT BRACKETS MAY FRACTURE UNDER STRESS ALLOWING THE GAS TANK TO MOVE AND INTEREFERE WITH THE STEERING. A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL CAN RESULT.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain model year 2004-2005 Toyota RAV4 vehicles manufactured May 13, 2003, to October 25, 2005. The affected vehicles are equipped with a dual-stage driver frontal air bag that may be susceptible to moisture intrusion which, over time, could cause the inflator to rupture.
Safety Risk
In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the driver's frontal air bag, the inflator could rupture with metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.
Remedy
Owners of these vehicles are advised not to drive their vehicles until the recall remedy has been completed. Toyota will notify owners, and dealers will replace the driver's frontal air bag, free of charge. Owners were mailed an interim notice June 17, 2015. The recall began on August 21, 2015. On certain vehicles, the right rear brake tube may contact the exhaust system clamp causing wear. If this happens, the brake tube could develop a leak, reducing the effectiveness of one half of the diagonally split braking system. Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain Mopar Floor Mats, part numbers 6ML07TRMAA and 6GA92TRMAA, sold as accessory equipment for 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Street and Racing Technology ("SRT") and Trackhawk vehicles. These floor mats may have insufficient clearance between the mat and the accelerator pedal, possibly inhibiting the pedal from returning to an idle position.
Safety Risk
If the floor mat prevents the accelerator pedal from returning to idle, there would be an increased risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles with an optional 700 amp battery, the front "three-cell" vent cap of the battery may become dislodged by the vehicle's inner hood panel. A dislodged vent cap would permit hydrogen gas to escape from the battery. In the presence of an ignition source the hydrogen could explode.
