On certain motorcycles, it is possible for the coating to separate from the inside face of the steering damper housing. If this happens, the coating could partially clog the oil bores within the damper. Should this occur, the steering damper could become stiff, making it difficult to steer, and therefore could result in a vehicle crash causing personal injuries or death.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the steering damper.

This would make it difficult to slow or stop the vehicle which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will install a spacer to provide a sufficient gap for the heated grip to expand when turned on.

Remedy
GM will notify owners, and dealers will replace the fuel module and fuel tank jumper harness, free of charge. GM sent out interim notices in late October. The recall began on March 12, 2015. Owners may contact Cadillac customer service at 1-800-458-8006. GM's number for this recall is 14405.
On certain vehicles, the wheel hub nuts, outer tie rod nuts, front lower ball joint nuts, upper control link nuts and/or axle bracket bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the fasteners could loosen and detach. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels, a loss of control and/or parts could separate from the vehicle.
Note: This problem could cause unusual noises from the front of the vehicle when steering and/or driving over bumps.
Safety Risk
A loss of power to the wheels and/or a loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, parts that separate from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Mazda advises you to visually inspect the alignment of the front wheels before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. Mazda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and tighten or replace the fasteners, as necessary.

On certain vehicles with gasoline powered engines, the accelerator pedal could move laterally, allowing the accelerator pedal bracket to be hung up on the stopper bolt on the floor panel bracket. This would cause the accelerator pedal to remain in the open position, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will remove and replace the stopper bolt with a flanged plate that will be bolted to the floor bracket to prevent lateral movement of the accelerator pedal.
On vehicles equipped with a jackknife-type folding key, over time the key blade may not stay locked in the fully extended (open) position. If you drive the vehicle with the key in the partially folded position, you could bump the ignition key and turn the engine off. This can cause a sudden loss of engine power, power steering and power brakes. This could also cause the airbags not to deploy in a crash.
Note: This recall only affects vehicles that have an "S" trim level.
Safety Risk
Airbags that do not deploy in a crash could create an increased risk of injury. A loss of power brakes can cause a sudden increase in brake pedal force and lead to an increase in stopping distance. A loss of power steering assist can cause a sudden increase in steering effort. A sudden loss of engine power could also increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise you not to attach any accessories to the key fob, and to ensure that the key is fully extended before driving. As an interim repair, a dealer will install a fastener in the key slot to prevent the key from folding. Once replacement parts are available, you will need to return to a dealership to have a spacer inserted into the slot of the key fob that will stop if from collapsing.
