1996 CHRYSLER CIRRUS Recalls — Canada & USA

The 1996 Chrysler Cirrus has two recalls, the more serious being a hood latch defect where the primary and secondary latches can both fail, allowing the hood to fly up while driving and blocking the driver's view. The second recall is a compliance issue: the powertrain control module may not adequately regulate carbon monoxide emissions as required.
