Daimler Coaches North America (Daimler Coaches) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Mercedes Benz Tourrider Business and Premium transits buses. The fixate stop bracket on the driver's seat backrest may not be installed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems," and 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."
Safety Risk
Without a fixate stop bracket, the backrest may fold forward during a crash and increase the risk of injury.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 22S17 (Transport Canada recall no. 2022-146) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain vehicles, a software problem in the trailer brake controller could cause the trailer brakes not to apply when you brake.
Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with the optional trailer brake controller.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2022 F-150, 2022 Maverick, Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 22V-193. Due to a software error, a towed trailer equipped with an electric or electric-over hydraulic brake system may not brake.

Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicles. The parking brake cable bracket welds may fail and disengage the parking brake. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 105, "Hydraulic and Electric Brake Systems."
Safety Risk
Parking brake failure can result in a vehicle rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Under certain circumstances, a software problem could cause the ''N'' (Neutral) gear position not to display on the instrument cluster. As a result, you may not be aware when the transmission is in neutral. If this happens, and brakes or parking brake aren't used, the vehicle could roll away.
Note: For the Q4 e-tron model, this recall affects both SUV and Sportback models.
Safety Risk
A vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, the company recommends that you should use the parking brake and confirm the parking brake indicator light is on when you park. The company will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the brake control unit software.
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024 CB650R and CBR650R motorcycles. The fasteners of the gear shift arm may loosen and detach, resulting in the inability to shift gears.
Safety Risk
The inability to shift gears while riding increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022-2024 X3 sDrive30i and X3 xDrive30i vehicles. The second-row seat side door locking modules may not function properly and allow the doors to be unlocked with a single motion. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components."
Safety Risk
Doors that can be inadvertently unlocked and unlatched may open unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury to rear seat occupants.
Remedy

Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo) is recalling certain 2025 S90 vehicles. The windows may be improperly secured and detach.
Safety Risk
Windows that detach can create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash or injury. In addition, the front windshield may not properly support a passenger air bag deployment, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy

On certain motorcycles, the shift arm may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the fasteners that secure the shift arm could loosen and detach. If this happens, the shift arm could fall off and you would not be able to change gears.

Not being able to change gears could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, a shift arm that detaches from the motorcycle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the shift arm.
Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2023-2025 New VN trucks. The brakes may take longer than expected to activate. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

Delayed brake activation can extend the distance required to stop, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the engine cover may come loose after service. If this happens, the engine cover could contact hot surfaces in the engine compartment and melt.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Explorer and Aviator vehicles. The seat belt buckle anchor bolts at one or more seating positions may be improperly secured. Additionally, vehicles may have an improperly secured seat belt retractor anchor bolt and/or seat belt anchor bolt at the second-row center seating position, if equipped.
Safety Risk
A loose seat belt or seat belt buckle may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect seat belt buckle anchor bolts in all seating positions. Additionally, dealers will inspect the seat belt retractor anchor bolt and seat belt anchor bolt at the second-row center seating position, if equipped. Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2023 Model 3 and Model Y vehicles operating software prior to 2023.38.4. The printed circuit board for the electronic power steering assist may experience an overstress condition, causing a loss of power steering assist when the vehicle reaches a stop and then accelerates again.

A loss of power steering assist can require greater steering effort, especially at low speeds, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the cover for the passenger knee airbag may become loose over time. If this happens, the airbag could start to unfold. This could cause the knee airbag not to inflate properly in a crash.
