This recall is for certain vehicles that had an airbag inflator replaced as a part of an earlier recall campaign. This recall provides a final repair.
Long-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, may eventually degrade the propellant contained in the passenger-front airbag. This could cause the airbag to deploy with more force than normal. If the airbag inflator ruptures, fragments could be propelled toward vehicle occupants or cause damage to the airbag assembly, preventing its proper function.
Safety Risk
If the vehicle is involved in a crash requiring an airbag deployment, the airbag inflator could rupture and create a risk of injury.
Remedy
Owners will be notified by mail and instructed to take their vehicle to a dealer to inspect the passenger-front airbag module. The passenger-front airbag module will be replaced as necessary. Note: The Canadian climate results in the propellant degrading slowly. This recall is being conducted as a precaution to address future risk. It is expected that all airbag inflators will be replaced before their function would be affected.

On certain Sprinter 3500 vehicles, the rear suspension springs may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. Rear suspension failure could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the rear suspension springs.
On certain FWD vehicles equipped with a 2.4L engine, the passenger side axle shaft could fail. This could result in a loss of vehicle propulsion which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the driver’s reactions, could increase the risk of a crash. This could also allow the vehicle to roll away if parked on a sufficient slope, despite the transmission shift lever being set in the PARK position. Both issues could result in property damage and/or personal injury.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the right front axle shaft assembly.
Certain vehicles equipped with a 1.6L engine may develop a fuel leak as a result of fuel line rupture in a frontal crash test. In addition, the crash damage caused four short circuits in the fuse block, the combination of which allowed the fuel pump to continue running, allowing fuel to be pumped onto the ground. Fuel leakage in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the fuse block and install a redesigned section of fuel line.

THE TILT CAB, WHEN RAISED TO ITS FULLEST UP POSITION, CAN CAUSE THE STEERING SHAFT TO BIND AGAINST THE STEERING GEAR.
Safety Risk
IF THE CONTACT IS SEVERE ENOUGH, THE STEERING GEAR INPUT SHAFT COULD CRACK RESULTING IN POTENTIAL FAILURE FOLLOWED BY LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND POSSIBLE VEHICLE CRASH.
Remedy
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE STEERING SLIP SHAFT AND THE STEERING GEAR.
Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson) is recalling certain model year 2014.5 FXDL Dyna Low Rider motorcycles manufactured January 6, 2014, through June 19, 2014. In the affected motorcycles, certain optional performance electronic control module calibrations may allow higher engine rpms that could result in engine vibrations that cause the ignition switch to move from the "IGN" (ignition on) to "ACC" (accessory only) position, which will shut the engine off.
Safety Risk
If the vibration causes the ignition switch to move to the accessory only position, the motorcycle would stall while riding, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Harley-Davidson will notify owners, and dealers will replace the engine mount bracket assembly and ignition switch knob, free of charge. The recall began on July 29, 2014. Owners may contact Harley-Davidson customer service at 1-800-258-2464.
Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of CMVSS 1105 - Evaporative Emissions. Fuel vapour may leak from between the fuel cap and the fuel filler pipe. The gap could be generated by improper dimensions between the top ends of the inner and outer pipe of the fuel filler pipe. In some cases, raw fuel would be released into the atmosphere.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will install a modified fuel cap o-ring.

On certain limousine and hearse prep package vehicles, a vacuum pump relay internal fault could result in overheating of the relay. Additionally, the underhood vacuum pump relay connector is not sealed to prevent water and road contamination. Over time, the relay internal fault or connector contamination can increase the potential of a resistive short which could cause the relay to overheat, potentially resulting in an underhood fire causing injury and/or property damage.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the vacuum pump relay with an electro-mechanical relay.
