Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2014-2017 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles. The front suspension upper knuckle joint may crack, which can result in suspension arm detachment.
Safety Risk
Suspension arm detachment can cause a loss of vehicle handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the front suspension knuckles and install a retaining bracket or replace the knuckle, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 5, 2025. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2025 F-150 vehicles equipped with the Trailer Tow Max Duty package and a 9.75-inch heavy duty axle with a 3/4 float axle design. The rear axle hub bolt may fatigue and break, which can result in damage to the axle hub splines.
Safety Risk
Damaged axle hub splines can result in a vehicle rollaway when in park without the parking brake applied or cause a loss of drive power. Either of these conditions can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the left and right rear axle shaft assemblies, free of charge. This is a phased recall. Ford owners will receive letters in multiple phases, beginning August 2025 through Winter 2025. Phase 1 will include 2023 F-150 model year vehicles. Phase 2 will include 2025 F-150 model year vehicles and Phase 3 will include 2024 F-150 model year vehicles. On certain trucks, the rear axle hub bolt(s) could break and cause the axle shaft(s) splines to wear. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels. Additionally, if the truck is parked and the parking brake isn't applied, the truck could roll away.
Note: This recall only affects trucks equipped with the Trailer Tow Max Duty optional package. This is an expansion of recall 23S65 (Transport Canada recall no. 2023-705).

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021 Mach-E vehicles that were repaired incorrectly under recall 24V777. An Over-The-Air (OTA) update to the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) may result in a loss of power brake assist, ABS, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, and driver assistance features.
Safety Risk
A loss of power brake assist can increase the distance required to stop the vehicle. Additionally, a disabled antilock brake system and/or stability control system can result in a loss of vehicle control. Either of these scenarios can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the power supply for the fuse box could contact the front passenger-side footrest. This could cause a short circuit and lead to reduced braking.
Note: This problem would cause the brake warning light to turn on and warning messages to display in the instrument cluster.

Reduced braking could cause extended stopping distances and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Ferrari advises you not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs are completed. Ferrari will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealer to arrange for the installation of a spacer between the fuse box power supply and the passenger-side footrest.
On certain trucks, the steering column assembly may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the shifter could detach from the steering column. If this happens, you may not be able to shift the transmission into the park ("P") position, and the truck could move if the parking brake isn't applied.
Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-133. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair.

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2022-2023 EQB 350 4MATIC, and EQB 300 4MATIC vehicles. The bus bar in the high voltage battery may be secured with incorrect screws, which can cause the system to have a sudden loss of drive power without warning.

A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Owners are advised to park outside until the recall repair is complete. Dealers will inspect and replace the high-voltage battery as necessary, free of charge. BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022-2025 i4, 2022-2024 IX, 2023-2024 I7, and 2024 I5 vehicles. The electric drive motor software may shut down the high-voltage system, causing a loss of drive power.

Ferrari North America, Inc. (Ferrari) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Purosangue vehicles. The fuse box’s power supply and the passenger-side footrest may contact each other, possibly resulting in a short circuit that activates the brake warning light and decreases the vehicle's braking ability.

Remedy
Ferrari will install a plastic spacer between the fuse box’s power supply and the passenger-side footrest, free of charge. Owner notification letters are scheduled to be mailed by September 21, 2025. Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2025 IONIQ 5 vehicles. The high voltage battery system may contain an improperly tightened bus bar, which can cause a short-circuit.

Dealers will replace specific high-voltage battery cell modules, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed September 11, 2025. Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2025 Panamera E-hybrid, Taycan, and Panamera vehicles. A retaining ring on top of the suspension strut may come loose, resulting in a dislodged strut and air loss from the strut spring.

An air suspension strut failure may cause a loss of vehicle handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain 2024 DSR/X, DS, DSR, and DSRP motorcycles. The front brake hose may be twisted and become damaged, which can cause a brake fluid leak and a loss of brake pressure.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Bronco Sport and 2020-2022 Escape vehicles equipped with 1.5L engines. A fuel injector may crack and leak fuel inside the engine compartment.
Safety Risk
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will update the engine control software. and replace the high pressure fuel rail assembly and the fuel injector ,free of charge. As an interim repair, dealers will update the engine control software, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed August 29, 2025. Second letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in July 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S76. This recall expands and replaces previous recall numbers 22V-859, 24V187, and 25V165. Vehicles previously remedied under 22V-859, 24V187, and 25V165 will need to have the new final remedy performed once it is available.

Note: This recall only affects plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-064. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Audi advises not to charge your vehicle until the recall repairs have been completed. If you see this warning, you should contact a dealership to arrange replacement of the affected high-voltage battery module.
