This recall is for rear shock absorber kits that were installed before delivery or sold as a dealer accessory.
On certain motorcycles, the mounting bracket for the rear shock absorber adjuster could break. If this happens, the shock absorber adjuster could move and damage the rear tire. This could lead to a sudden loss of air pressure and a tire failure.
Note: Motorcycles that were repaired under recall 0182 (Transport Canada recall no. 2023-475) also require this repair. This recall affects the following parts:

• tall rear shock, part number 54000294

Harley-Davidson will notify registered owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the rear shock mounting bracket. If you have purchased one of these accessory parts, you can contact Harley-Davidson or a local dealer to determine if your shock absorber kit is affected by this recall.

Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo Trucks) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Volvo VN trucks. The power cables may have been improperly routed, which can cause an electrical short.
Safety Risk
An electrical short can cause an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash. An electrical short can also cause the cables to overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy

Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson) is recalling certain 2018-2024 Softail motorcycles. The mounting tab on the rear shock pre-load adjuster may break, allowing the rear shock absorber adjuster to damage the rear tire, causing a loss of tire pressure.
Safety Risk
A sudden loss of tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will install a new bracket, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 16, 2025. Owners may contact Harley-Davidson customer service at 1-800-258-2464. Harley-Davidson's number for this recall is 0188. Some of the vehicles included in this recall were previously repaired under recall 23V591, and will need to have the new remedy completed.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Escape, 2021-2023 Corsair, and 2022-2023 Maverick vehicles equipped with 2.5L HEV or PHEV engines that were repaired incorrectly under recall 23V380. In the event of an engine failure, engine oil and fuel vapor may be released into the engine compartment and accumulate near ignition sources such as hot engine or exhaust components, possibly resulting in an engine compartment fire.

An engine compartment fire increases the risk of injury.
Remedy
Owners are advised to park and shut off the engine as quickly as possible if they hear unexpected engine noises, notice a reduction in vehicle power, or see smoke. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Explorer vehicles. The bolts securing the front brake caliper may not be tightened properly, which can result in a loss of front brake function and possible wheel damage.
Safety Risk
Loss of brake function and wheel damage can increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and tighten the bolts as necessary. If bolts are missing, the brake caliper and pads will be replaced. Repairs will be performed free of charge. On certain vehicles, the cylinder head may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the cylinder head plug(s) could fail. If this happens, engine oil could leak and cause a loss of power to the wheels.
Note: This recall only affects certain vehicles equipped with a 1.5 L engine. This recall could also affect certain cylinder heads sold at dealerships as a replacement part.

A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. Oil that leaks onto hot components can create the risk of a fire. Additionally, an oil leak could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Escape, and 2025 Bronco Sport vehicles. The cylinder head may have been improperly manufactured, which can cause the ball plugs to fail, resulting in an oil leak.
Safety Risk
An oil leak can result in loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, an oil leak in the presence of an ignition source such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the cylinder head assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 8, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S61.
On certain motorcycles, the ground connection between the battery and the frame may not have been connected properly. As a result, the engine could stall while driving.
Safety Risk
A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Kawasaki advises not to drive your motorcycle until the recall repairs have been completed. Kawasaki will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to install a new wiring harness to connect the negative battery terminal to the engine and frame.
On certain motorcycles, the engine crankcase bolt may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, oil could leak.
Safety Risk
An oil leak near the rear tire could affect handling and control of the motorcycle. An oil leak could also create a hazard for others. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Honda will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the engine crankcase bolt.
On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Land Rover dealer during recall N759 (Transport Canada recall no. 2022-668) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain vehicles, the front suspension knuckles could crack and/or break. A front knuckle that breaks while driving could cause a sudden loss of vehicle control.

Remedy
Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the front suspension knuckles. If the knuckles aren't cracked, the dealer will install retaining brackets. If cracks are found, the dealer will replace the knuckle(s).
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2024 XL750, 2025 CMX1100, and CRF1100 motorcycles. The crankcase sealing bolt may have been improperly manufactured, which can cause the engine to leak oil onto the rear tire.

Oil on the rear tire may cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the passenger-front airbag inflator may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the airbag could deploy with too much force.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024-2025 F-150 Lightning BEV vehicles. The front upper control arm ball joint nut may not have been tightened properly, allowing the front upper control arm to detach from the knuckle assembly.
Safety Risk
A detached control arm can cause a loss of vehicle steering and control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the upper control arm ball joint nut, and replace the nut and/or knuckle assembly, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 6, 2025. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Lincoln Aviator vehicles equipped with 3.0L PHEV engines that were repaired incorrectly under recall 23V626. A manufacturing defect in one or more of the high voltage battery cells may result in an internal short circuit and battery failure.

On certain F-150 Lightning (electric) trucks, the nuts for the ball joints that connect the front upper control arms to the steering knuckles may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the upper control arms could separate from the knuckles. If this happens, there could be a loss of steering control.
Note: This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2024-778. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect for loose and/or missing nuts. If any loose or missing nuts are found, the dealer will replace the steering knuckle(s) and nut(s).
On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 23S27 (Transport Canada recall no. 2023-309) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain vehicles equipped with a 2.5 L HEV or PHEV engine, a manufacturing problem could lead to an engine failure. In some cases, an engine failure can create the risk of a fire.

On certain vehicles, the connecting rods may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the engine could fail.

Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025 NRR-EV vehicles. A gap between the bus bar and connection terminal may cause the system to overheat and turn off the drive motor.

Remedy
Dealers will replace the sub-junction box. Dealers will inspect and replace the harness and motor/inverter as necessary. All repairs will be performed free of charge.
