Safety Risk

The rear brake pads may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can reduce brake function in the event of a brake booster malfunction. On certain vehicles, the engine block heater could leak coolant. If this happens, the block heater could short circuit when it's plugged in.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Ford advises you not to use the engine block heater until the recall repairs have been completed. Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the block heater.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2022 F-250 SD, F-350 SD, and F-450 SD vehicles. The 360-degree view camera system may not display a rearview image properly in certain lighting conditions.

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2013-2016 Dodge Dart vehicles. The shifter cable may detach from the transmission, preventing the vehicle from shifting into the park (P) position and causing a loss of park function.

Remedy
Vehicles that were previously repaired under recall 19V293 will need to have the new remedy completed. The remedy is currently under development. Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2013-2021 NV200 Van, 2014-2017, 2019 NV200 Taxi, and 2015-2018 Chevrolet City Express vehicles. The Fuel Tank Temperature (FTT) sensor harness may have been incorrectly routed, damaging wires and causing a short circuit in the fuel pump fuse.
Safety Risk
A blown fuel pump fuse can cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and reroute the FTT sensor harness or replace the fuel pump assembly as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed January 2, 2026. On certain vehicles, the fuel tank temperature (FTT) sensor harness could become damaged by contact with the fuel pump connector and could short circuit. If this happens, the fuel pump fuse could blow and cause the engine to stall while driving.

A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and reroute the FTT harness or replace the fuel pump assembly, as necessary.
On certain vehicles, the shifter cable may detach. As a result, the transmission may not shift gears when the shifter is moved. Additionally, if the vehicle isn't in the Park (P) position, and the parking brake isn't applied, the vehicle could roll away.
Note: This recall only affects vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission. Vehicles that were repaired under V34 (Transport Canada recall no. 2019-183) also require this repair.

A parked vehicle that rolls away could create the risk of an injury or a crash.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2026 R 1300 RT motorcycles. The cardan shaft may not have been sufficiently hardened, causing the universal joint to slip within the shaft and result in a loss of drive power.
Safety Risk
A loss of drive power while riding increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the cardan shaft, free of charge. Owner notification letters will not be mailed because BMW called the one owner on October 30, 2025 and remedied the motorcycle on 11/21/25. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2026 X4 and X6 vehicles. The windshield may not be sealed properly, allowing water to enter the power distribution box or electronic control unit.
Safety Risk
Water inside electrical components can cause a loss of headlights or door closing functions, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, an electrical short circuit may occur, increasing the risk of a fire while parked or driving.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect, reseal the windshield, and replace the vehicle control unit and wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 21, 2025. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
On certain vehicles, the radio may not have been manufactured properly and/or there could be a problem with the radio software. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display correctly or at all.
Safety Risk
A rearview camera image that doesn't display correctly could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the radio. The dealer will also update the radio software, as necessary.
On certain vehicles, the second-row passenger seat rails may not have been welded properly. As a result, the seat(s) could move in a crash.
Safety Risk
A seat that moves in a crash could create an increased risk of injury.
Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Toyota advises that you shouldn't transport passengers in the second-row seats until the recall repairs are completed. Toyota will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your vehicle to a dealership to replace the second-row seat rails.
On a small number of vehicles, the bolts securing the axle shafts to the drive unit may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the axle shaft(s) could separate from the drive unit and cause a sudden loss of power to the wheels.
Note: This recall only affects certain Air Pure rear-wheel drive models.
Safety Risk
A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Lucid will notify owners by email and advise you to contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to schedule an appointment to inspect and, if necessary, replace the axle shaft bolts.
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Sienna Hybrid vehicles. The second-row seat rails may be welded improperly.

Improperly welded seat rails can prevent the seat from adequately restraining an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
