The headlights are missing adjustment prevention caps, which can allow the headlights to be improperly adjusted. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

The right-side headlight may have an incorrect headlight aim label, which can result in improperly aimed headlights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

On certain vehicles, the passenger airbag disabled indicator may not be properly secured to the instrument panel and could become loose. As a result, you might not be aware if the passenger-front airbag is on or off.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Lincoln Aviator and Lincoln Corsair vehicles equipped with a Revel Audio System that were repaired incorrectly under recall 22V-953. When the driver's seat belt is not buckled and the vehicle is started, the seat belt warning system may activate the audible warning chime for an insufficient amount of time of less than 4 seconds. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

On certain vehicles, the seat belt reminder chime may not sound for long enough when you start the vehicle, and your seat belt is not buckled. Canadian regulations require both a seat belt reminder sound and visual telltale when a driver is not wearing their seat belt.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2025 Kicks vehicles. The certification label may have been printed with the incorrect Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) values, which can result in the vehicle being overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification." Additionally, certain 2025 Nissan Kicks SR trim level vehicles equipped with an optional 19-inch wheel package may have a certification label that states an incorrect wheel size. This recall is for certain combinations of lower fairings and inverted forks installed on certain new motorcycles or sold as dealer accessories.

On certain vehicles, the compliance label may list the wrong gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and gross axle weight rating (GAWR) information. This could lead you to overload the vehicle and cause poor handling or a tire failure. Additionally, for certain SR trim models equipped with the optional 19-inch wheel package, the compliance label may list the wrong tire and rim sizes. As a result, when the rims and tires are replaced, the wrong rims and/or tires could be installed.
