Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Jeep Grand Cherokee L vehicles. The second-row seat head restraints may not lock in the upright position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."
Safety Risk
Head restraints that do not lock can result in an increased risk of injury to seat occupants during a crash.
Remedy

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2022-2025 IX, 2023-2024 I7, and 2022-2023 i4 vehicles. The high-voltage battery cell modules may not have been assembled properly, resulting in stress on the module frame and possible module failure.
Safety Risk
Battery module failure may lead to a shutdown of the high-voltage system which can result in a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, module failure increases the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will replace specific high-voltage battery cell modules, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed September 11, 2025. Another notice will be sent once the remedy becomes available, anticipated December 31, 2025Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.
On a small number of vehicles, the high-voltage battery may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the high-voltage battery cell modules could fail and cause the high-voltage system to shut down. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels and/or the high-voltage battery could overheat.

A loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash. A battery that overheats can create a fire risk, even while the vehicle is parked and turned off.
Remedy
BMW will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the affected high-voltage battery cell modules.
Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (Porsche) is recalling certain 2025 Panamera E-hybrid, Taycan, and Panamera vehicles. A retaining ring on top of the suspension strut may come loose, resulting in a dislodged strut and air loss from the strut spring.
Safety Risk
An air suspension strut failure may cause a loss of vehicle handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the retaining ring and reinstall it as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 15, 2025. Owners may contact Porsche's customer service at 1-800-767-7243. Porsche's number for this recall is ASA6.
On a small number of motorcycles, the front brake hose may not have been installed properly. As a result, the hose could become damaged. If this happens, brake fluid could leak and cause reduced braking.

Zero Motorcycles will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the front brake hose.
Polestar Automotive USA, Inc. (Polestar) is recalling certain 2025 Polestar 3 vehicles. The panoramic glass sunroof may not be properly secured and can detach.
Safety Risk
A detached glass sunroof can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Polestar will replace the panoramic glass sunroof, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 28, 2025. Owners may contact Polestar's customer service at 1-800-806-2504. Polestar's number for this recall is RP1060.
On certain vehicles, a fuel injector may crack. If this happens, fuel could leak into the engine compartment.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail. As an interim repair, a dealer will update the engine control software to detect fuel injector leaks. Owners that have already received this software update will be informed that the interim repair is not required. Once the final repair is available, Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the high-pressure fuel rail assembly, high-pressure fuel injectors, and update the engine control software.
Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain 2024 DSR/X, DS, DSR, and DSRP motorcycles. The front brake hose may be twisted and become damaged, which can cause a brake fluid leak and a loss of brake pressure.

A loss of brake pressure will reduce braking ability, increasing the risk of a crash.

On certain vehicles, there could be a problem with the connection of the infotainment system. As a result, the rearview camera image may not display when the transmission is shifted into reverse.

Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to secure the connection of the infotainment system.
Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Mercedes-Benz Metris vehicles. The electrical connections for the infotainment system may not be properly secured, which can cause the rearview camera image not to display. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Bronco Sport and 2020-2022 Escape vehicles equipped with 1.5L engines. A fuel injector may crack and leak fuel inside the engine compartment.
Safety Risk
A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Dealers will update the engine control software. and replace the high pressure fuel rail assembly and the fuel injector ,free of charge. As an interim repair, dealers will update the engine control software, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed August 29, 2025. Second letters will be sent once the final remedy is available, anticipated in July 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S76. This recall expands and replaces previous recall numbers 22V-859, 24V187, and 25V165. Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Jaguar) is recalling certain 2021-2024 E-Pace vehicles. The passenger air bag may tear during deployment.
Safety Risk
A torn air bag may not adequately protect an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. Additionally, a torn air bag may allow hot gases to escape, which can cause a burn injury.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the passenger air bag module, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed February 6, 2026. Owners may contact Jaguar's customer service at 1-800-452-4827. Jaguar's number for this recall is H552.
On certain vehicles, the high-voltage battery could overheat. As a result, the battery could create smoke or heat, which can melt or damage the battery and nearby parts.
Note: This recall only affects plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models. This recall replaces Transport Canada recall no. 2025-064. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Audi advises not to charge your vehicle until the recall repairs have been completed. Audi will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install an advanced diagnostic software that will monitor the high-voltage battery and warn you if it detects a problem. If you see this warning, you should contact a dealership to arrange replacement of the affected high-voltage battery module.
On certain vehicles, the low-pressure fuel pump could fail. If this happens, the engine may run rough or may not start and the check engine light may turn on. This could also result in a sudden loss of engine power while driving.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Bronco, Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, Mustang, F-150, and 2022 Expedition vehicles. The low-pressure fuel pump may fail, which can result in an engine stall while driving.

Remedy
The remedy is under development. Interim notification letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed July 16, 2025. Under certain conditions, the rear brake hoses could become damaged. Over time, the brake hoses could fail and cause a brake fluid leak. If this happens, there could be reduced braking.
Note: This recall only affects certain 4WD vehicles equipped with 16-inch brakes and 17-inch or 18-inch Toyota wheels. This recall replaces Transport Canada recall 2025-051. Vehicles that were repaired under that recall don't require this repair.

On certain vehicles, water could leak into the connector between the engine bay wiring harness and the front bumper wiring harness. If this happens, there could be a loss of power steering and/or certain driver assistance systems may not work properly, including the pedestrian warning system and parking assistance system.
Note: This problem could cause the vehicle not to start, the parking brake not to release and/or different warnings to display.
Safety Risk
A loss of power steering assist would result in a sudden increase in steering effort, especially at low vehicle speeds. This could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, driver assistance systems that don't work properly could increase the risk of a crash and/or injury.
Remedy
Polestar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front bumper wiring harness and connector on the engine bay wiring harness.
