On certain trucks, the steering column assembly may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the shifter could detach from the steering column. If this happens, you may not be able to shift the transmission into the park ("P") position, and the truck could move if the parking brake isn't applied.

As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2022-2023 EQB 350 4MATIC, and EQB 300 4MATIC vehicles. The bus bar in the high voltage battery may be secured with incorrect screws, which can cause the system to have a sudden loss of drive power without warning.

When closing the windows with the global closing feature, the side rear windows may exert excessive force when encountering an object, before they automatically reverse.
