Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling one 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle. The front axle was equipped with the incorrect-size brake discs.
Safety Risk
The incorrect-size brake discs may affect braking performance, extending the distance required to stop the vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, the rear spoiler could hit the body when opening and closing the liftgate. This could damage the spoiler and cause it to detach from the vehicle.
Safety Risk
A spoiler that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the rear spoiler. It will be replaced, as necessary.
On certain motorcycles, the rear brake rotor bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could loosen over time and contact the rear swingarm or brake caliper bracket. This can cause reduced braking.
Note: A rider may hear an abnormal noise if a bolt contacts the rear swingarm.

Reduced braking can cause an increased stopping distance and create the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Zero Motorcycles will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealer to inspect and re-tighten the rear brake rotor bolts. Any damaged bolts will be replaced.
Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2021 Palisade vehicles. The brake fluid may be contaminated, which can cause the brake master cylinder inner-cup seals to swell, and reduce braking performance.

Remedy

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Rogue Hybrid vehicles. Contact with the Electronic Control Module (ECM) bracket may damage the engine harness, causing a blown fuse.

Remedy

On certain vehicles, the brake fluid may be contaminated. This could cause damage to the seals in the brake master cylinder and could result in reduced braking. If this happens, the driver may experience increased brake pedal travel and a change in brake pedal feel (soft or low pedal).

Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2020-2021, 2023 Model 3 vehicles. The left and/or right side curtain air bag may have been improperly secured to the roof rail, which could result in a twisted air bag. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 214, "Side Impact Protection" and 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2021 GLE 350, GLE 580, GLS 450, GLS 580, AMG GLE 53, AMG GLE 63 S, and AMG GLS 63 S vehicles. The rear window may be insufficiently bonded to the tailgate, which could allow the rear glass to detach.

On certain motorcycles, the nuts that secure the exhaust pipe to the engine may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the nuts and securing collars could become loose and separate from the motorcycle.

On certain vehicles, the side-impact sensors in the front doors may have been damaged during assembly. As a result, the side airbags may not work properly in a side-impact crash.

Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) is recalling one 2022 Outlander vehicle. A software programming error with a welding robot may have caused the vehicle's center pillar to be welded incorrectly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) numbers 214, "Side Impact Protection" 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages" and 216, "Roof Crush Resistance."

On certain vehicles, the moonroof glass may not be properly attached to the frame. As a result, the glass could become loose and separate from the vehicle.

Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the date code of the moonroof glass. It will be replaced, if necessary.
On certain trucks, the driver and/or front passenger seat belts may not be properly routed through the anchor eyelets. As a result, the seat belts may not work as designed in a crash.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for inspecting the driver and front passenger seat belts before using either seat. Depending on the results, Ford advises that you should take the following steps:
1. If the seat belts pass the inspection, you should schedule an appointment and take your truck to a dealer to inspect and replace the seat belt retractor and pretensioner assemblies, as necessary.
2. If the driver's seat belt does not pass the self-inspection, or you are uncertain of the results of your inspection, you should not drive your truck and contact your dealer to make arrangements to have it towed for an inspection.
3. If the front passenger's seat belt does not pass the self-inspection, do not use that seat unit the seat belt has been inspected by a dealer.

On certain Bolt R-Spec motorcycles, engine oil could leak from the base of the engine onto the road.
