On certain motorcycles, the hex nut that secures the front drive belt wheel to the gearbox output shaft was torqued to a value less than specification during the vehicle assembly process. As a consequence, the nut could loosen during vehicle operation. If this happens, the belt wheel would itself loosen on the output shaft, resulting in damage to the internal splines of the wheel and to the external splines of the output shafts as the vehicle is operated. Over time, the splines could be damaged to the extent that the output shaft would no longer operate the drive belt, resulting in a loss of drive capability at the rear wheel.
No risk description available.
Dealer will secure the front drive belt wheel to the gearbox output shaft by utilizing a new set of components, including a redesigned front wheel pulley. Also the main-shaft splines will be inspected for proper dimension and replaced is it is out of specifications.

This recall is for raised air intakes installed on new vehicles or sold as a dealer accessory. On certain vehicles, the raised air intake may not have been attached properly. As a result, the raised air intake could loosen and detach while driving.
A raised air intake that detaches from the vehicle could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Land Rover will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to secure the raised air intake.
On certain vehicles, the shoulder portion of the seatbelt for the middle row right side seat of the seven passenger model and center seat in the eight passenger model, may bind in the bezel trim piece. If the seatbelt binds in the bezel, there is a possibility that extra webbing may exist in the seatbelt which could result in an improperly fitted seatbelt on a passenger. In the event of a crash, this could result in an increased chance of injury for that occupant.
No risk description available.
Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the seatbelt bezel.
On certain vehicles, the threshold for the power window auto-reverse function may be higher than the design specification. This could result in personal injury if a body part becomes trapped by the closing window.
No risk description available.
Dealers will replace both window switches.
On a small number of vehicles, a software problem could cause the emergency calling (eCall) system not to work properly when there's a crash or when the SOS button is pressed.
If the eCall system doesn't work in an emergency situation, there could be a delay in response from emergency services.
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the communication module software.
Long-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, may eventually degrade the propellant contained in the passenger-front airbag. This could cause the airbag to deploy with more force than normal. If the airbag inflator ruptures, fragments could be propelled toward vehicle occupants or cause damage to the airbag assembly, preventing its proper function. Note: For the 2010 and 2013 models listed, this recall only affects vehicles that were imported into Canada, and were originally sold or ever registered in certain areas of the United States that experience high or moderate levels of heat and humidity.
If the vehicle is involved in a crash requiring an airbag deployment, the airbag inflator could rupture and create a risk of injury.
General Motors will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to replace the passenger-front airbag. Note: The Canadian climate results in the propellant degrading slowly. This recall is being conducted as a precaution to address future risk. It is expected that all airbag inflators will be replaced before their function would be affected.
On certain vehicles, the galvanized-braided-steel tailgate support cables used to support the tailgate in the full open (horizontal) position can corrode over time and fracture when loads are applied to them. Tailgate support cable corrosion may not be visible because of the plastic sheathing covering the cable. If one cable fractured, the remaining cable may retain the tailgate in a horizontal position. If the remaining cable was weakened by corrosion, it could fracture within moments of the first cable fracture. If both cables fractured, the tailgate would suddenly drop approximately 10 degrees and strike the top surface of the rear bumper. If anyone is sitting or standing on the horizontal surface of the tailgate when both cables fracture, they could fall and be injured. On vehicles without a rear bumper, the tailgate may drop to a lower position.
No risk description available.
Dealers will replace the existing galvanized support cables with stainless steel support cables.
On certain 2500HD and 3500HD series pickup trucks, the passenger frontal airbag inflator could produce excessive internal pressure during airbag deployment. Increased pressure may cause the inflator to rupture, which could allow fragments to be propelled toward vehicle occupants, increasing the risk of injury. This could also damage the airbag module, which could prevent proper deployment. Failure of the passenger airbag to fully deploy during a crash (where deployment is warranted) could increase the risk of personal injury to the seat occupant.
No risk description available.
Dealers will replace airbag inflators.
On certain vehicles, the front lower control arm ball joints may fail due to a manufacturing process error. if this occurs, the knuckle could separate from the front lower control arm, which could affect vehicle handling and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
No risk description available.
Dealers will inspect and replace the lower control arm to knuckle bolt and nut as necessary.
