The 2019 Ducati Panigale V4 has 4 recalls, the most serious being a rear wheel axle that can break while riding, causing sudden loss of control and raising the risk of a crash.
There is also a fuel system concern where excessive pressure can build in the tank and spray fuel when the cap is opened, creating a fire risk near any ignition source. Two engine recalls both involve oil leaks: the timing chain tensioner can loosen over time and leak oil from its adjustment bolt, and the oil cooler output port can crack and release oil. Either leak can reduce traction under the motorcycle and raise the risk of a crash.
