BMW will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the second-row outboard seat head restraint guide sleeves, and replace them if necessary. To minimize the safety risk, BMW recommends not to transport people in the second-row outboard seats until the recall repairs are completed.
On certain vehicles, the latch for the seat frame on second-row left seat may not have been properly welded. As a result, the latch could fail and the seat could move in a crash.
Note: This recall only affects vehicles with 7 seats.

Remedy
Land Rover will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the second-row left seat frame. If necessary, the seat frame and associated parts will be replaced. To reduce the safety risk, Land Rover recommends watching for warning lamps on the instrument cluster. If the seat isn't properly latched, a red warning will display. If this warning stays on, Land Rover advises that you shouldn't transport a person in the left or center second-row seats until the recall repairs have been completed.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2023 X5 sDrive40i, X5 xDrive40i, X5 M50i, X5 M and X5 xDrive45e vehicles. The head restraints for the second-row outboard seats may have been improperly manufactured without locking tabs in the guide sleeves. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."

Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling certain 2023 MC20 Cielo vehicles. The windshield frame bonding may be insufficient and allow the frame to detach in a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2023 Civic Type R vehicles. The driver's seat frame may not have been welded properly, which can cause the seat cushion frame to break. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

A broken seat cushion frame may not adequately restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

On certain vehicles, water could leak into the door handle(s). If this happens, the door(s) could open unexpectedly while driving at speeds below 15 km/h.

On certain vehicles, the passenger occupant detection system (PODS) may malfunction. This could cause the airbag system to turn off the passenger-front airbag even when a passenger is seated.
Note: This problem would cause an error message to display on the instrument panel and a warning chime to sound. The airbag indicator light would also display "passenger airbag off".

Remedy

The affected vehicles may have been manufactured with door handles that allow water to enter the circuit board assembly, which can cause the door to open unexpectedly when the vehicle is subject to high lateral forces at speeds below 9 mph/15 kmh.

Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2023 Semi trucks. The electronic parking brake valve module (PVM) may fail to move into the park position when the parking brake is activated.
Safety Risk
A parking brake that is not engaged as expected when the driver releases the brakes may allow the vehicle to rollaway, increasing the risk of crash.
Remedy

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2021 Maybach S580 and S580 vehicles. The bulkhead that separates the engine compartment from the passenger compartment may not have been properly sealed, causing water to drain into the passenger compartment. Water intrusion into the foot wells may cause corrosion and/or short circuits to electrical components, disabling safety features, including seat belt tightening and seat adjustments (PreSafe system).

During deployment, the head curtain air bag could deform the door seal and expose the metal inlay within the seal, which could tear the air bag. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

On certain vehicles, the head curtain airbags could contact the metal part of the front door seals when they inflate in a crash. If this happens, a side curtain airbag could tear. This could also cause the vehicle not to meet the ejection mitigation requirements of Canadian regulations.

This recall is for certain motorcycles equipped with Ducati Performance accessory soft side bags (part number 96781971AA). The instructions for how to install the right-side soft bag may be unclear. As a result, the bag could contact the exhaust. If this happens while riding, the bag could melt.

A soft bag that melts onto a hot surface can create the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Ducati will notify owners by mail and advise you not to ride your motorcycle with the side bags attached until the recall repairs are completed. They will also instruct you to take your motorcycle to an authorized dealer to install a frame for the right-side bag.
