On certain motorcycles, due to build tolerances and the length of front threaded fastener used on the Paralever link, there is a possibility that the fastener may come loose due to insufficient torque and over time separate from its housing. This situation could compromise the handling of the motorcycle which could result in a crash causing property damages, personal injuries or death.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the existing fastener with an improved version.
Volvo Trucks North America (Volvo) is recalling certain model year 2012-2016 VAH trucks manufactured January 31, 2011, to June 25, 2015, and equipped with a sealed drag link. In the affected trucks, the draglink ball socket boot may be damaged due to the angle of the ball stud. A damaged boot may allow contaminants to enter and corrode the ball socket.
Safety Risk
Corrosion will accelerate wear of the ball, possibly resulting in the ball joint separating from the socket, causing loss of steering and an increased risk of a crash.
Remedy
Volvo will notify owners, and dealers will replace the drag link with one that has an improved geometry, free of charge. The recall began on October 13, 2015. Owners may contact Volvo customer service at 1-800-528-6586. Volvo's number for this recall is RVXX1503.

Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) is recalling all 2016-2017 i-MiEV vehicles, equipped with certain air bag inflators assembled as part of the passenger frontal air bag modules used as original equipment or replacement equipment. In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the passenger frontal air bag, these inflators may rupture due to propellant degradation occurring after long-term exposure to absolute humidity and temperature cycling.
Safety Risk
An inflator rupture may result in metal fragments striking the vehicle occupants resulting in serious injury or death.
Remedy
MMNA will notify owners, and dealers will replace the passenger side frontal air bag inflator, free of charge. The recall began on December 15, 2017. Owners may contact MMNA customer service at 1-888-648-7820. MMNA's number for this recall is SR-17-008.

On certain model 2500/3500 HD vehicles, power steering hose clamps may not have been properly attached. This could allow the hose to disconnect from the power steering pump or steering gear, causing a power steering fluid leak. This would result in a loss of power steering assist and hydraulic assist brakes, unexpectedly increasing steering and brake pedal effort and potentially increasing stopping distances and the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the clamps to ensure they are properly attached.

Certain passenger vehicles. The left front brake tube may be deformed prior to vehicle delivery due to improper installation of a coil spring spacer that was installed to prevent damage to the vehicle during transportation, if the brake tube is deformed significantly, it could contact the inner fender panel, and eventually cause damage to the tube due to vibration during driving. Brake tube damage could also lead to break fluid leakage after extended use of the vehicle.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
dealers will inspect the front brake line and, if necessary, replace the line.
