On certain vehicles, the fuel tank temperature (FTT) sensor harness could become damaged by contact with the fuel pump connector and could short circuit. If this happens, the fuel pump fuse could blow and cause the engine to stall while driving.
Safety Risk
A sudden loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Nissan will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and reroute the FTT harness or replace the fuel pump assembly, as necessary.

ON VEHICLES WITH MANUAL TRANSMISSION, THE ROLL PINS SECURING THE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER IN THE STEERING COLUMN HOUSING MAY NOT REMAIN IN PLACE. THIS COULD CAUSE THE IGNITION LOCK CYLINDER TO DISENGAGE FROM THE STEERING COLUMN HOUSING WHICH COULD RESULT IN STEERING COLUMN LOCK-UP AND LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND IF ROLL PINS ARE PRESENT AND FULLY INSERTED, A PLASTIC SNAP-ON SLEEVE WILL BE INSTALLED TO PREVENT THE PINS FROM COMING OUT. IF ONE OR BOTH OR THE ROLL PINS ARE MISSING OR NOT FULLY INSERTED, THE IGNITION LOCK HOUSING ASSEMBLY WILL BE REPLACED (ALONG WITH THE DOOR LOCKS AND THE LIFTGATE/DECK-LID LOCKS SO THAT KEY COMPATIBILITY IS MAINTAINED).

On certain vehicles operated in areas of heavy road salt usage during winter months, a mixture of snow/water and salt may enter an assembly location hole in the upper strut housing, causing water to collect at the mating surface of the strut housing panel and the inner hood ledge assembly. Over time, this snow/water and salt intrusion may result in corrosion of the strut tower housing structure. If the vehicle continues to be driven in this condition, the strut housing may crack and pull away from the inner hood ledge assembly. Should the strut housing separate and contact the steering column upper shaft, the steering shaft could break. A loss of steering control could result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury.
Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the strut housing and, if no corrosion or only minor surface corrosion is present, an anti-corrosion seal will be applied. If moderate corrosion is present, resin patches will be applied in addition to the sealant. If there is evidence of more significant corrosion, a metal reinforcement plate will be used to reinforce the strut housing assembly. In instances where it is impossible to repair the vehicle, Nissan will provide an appropriate remedy.
On certain vehicles, the recall repairs completed by a Jaguar dealer during recalls H441 (Transport Canada recall number 2023-302) and H459 (Transport Canada recall number 2023-564) may not be effective. On certain vehicles, there could be a problem inside the high-voltage battery. As a result, the battery could create smoke or heat, which can melt or damage the battery and nearby parts.
Safety Risk
A battery that overheats can create a fire risk.
Remedy
Jaguar will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the high-voltage battery pack, as necessary. In some cases, Jaguar will offer to repurchase the vehicle. To reduce the safety risk, Jaguar recommends that you monitor your vehicle when charging and unplug the charging cable once your vehicle reaches 75% charge. You should also charge and park your vehicle outside and away from other vehicles or buildings until the recall repairs are completed.

On certain vehicles, the powertrain control module (PCM) and body control module (BCM) may not detect a change in the charge level of the 12 V battery. As a result, the engine could stall. This could also cause the engine not to restart after a start-stop event and the hazard lights may not work.
Safety Risk
A sudden loss of power to the wheels or a vehicle that doesn't restart after a start-stop event could increase the risk of a crash. Additionally, hazard lamps that don't work could make the vehicle less visible and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the PCM and BCM software.

Safety Risk
No risk description available.
Remedy
Dealer will replace the brake and clutch fluid reservoir hoses.
