TransitWorks is recalling certain 2015-2018 Ford Transit, 2018 Ford Transit Connect, and 2016 Dodge Ram ProMaster vehicles modified to be equipped with Freedman Seating GO-ES seats. When the back seat cushion is rotated from the stowed position to the upright position, the seat cushion may not remain locked into place when under load, such as in a crash or a sudden stop.
Safety Risk
In the event of a crash, if the seat back moves, the seat occupant has an increased risk of injury.
Remedy
TransitWorks has notified owners and instructed them to contact Freedman seats for a repair kit. The recall began December 19, 2019. Owners may contact Freedman Seating customer service at 1-800-443-4540 or TransitWorks customer service at 1-855-337-9543.
On certain trucks, the driver and/or front passenger seat belts may not be properly routed through the anchor eyelets. As a result, the seat belts may not work as designed in a crash.
Note: This recall only affects SuperCab body style trucks.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for inspecting the driver and front passenger seat belts before using either seat. Depending on the results, Ford advises that you should take the following steps:
1. If the seat belts pass the inspection, you should schedule an appointment and take your truck to a dealer to inspect and replace the seat belt retractor and pretensioner assemblies, as necessary.
2. If the driver's seat belt does not pass the self-inspection, or you are uncertain of the results of your inspection, you should not drive your truck and contact your dealer to make arrangements to have it towed for an inspection.
3. If the front passenger's seat belt does not pass the self-inspection, do not use that seat unit the seat belt has been inspected by a dealer.
On certain vehicles, the seat belts may not retract properly due to interference between the seat and the convertible top cover. This could cause excessive slack in the belts thereby reducing their effectiveness increasing the risk of injury to an occupant in a collision.

ARIZONA MOBILITY PRODUCTS (AMP) IS RECALLING ONE 2005 AND ONE 2007 CONVERSION VANS BUILT ON DODGE GRAND CARAVAN CHASSIS EQUIPPED WITH VMI/RICON 6-WAY POWER SEAT BASES. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF A DEFECTIVE WELD AT THE JOINT BETWEEN THE PIVOTING PLATE AND THE PIVOTING PLATE PIN.

Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2026 Palisade and 2026 Palisade Hybrid vehicles equipped with a Limited or Calligraphy trim package. The second and third row power seats may fail to detect a person. The seat may continue to move after contacting a person during powered seat functions, such as one-touch tilt-and-slide or automatic power fold-and-stow.
Safety Risk
A person, especially a child, may become trapped by a rear powered seat, increasing the risk of injury or death.
Remedy
Owners are advised to exercise caution when operating the second and third row power seat functions until the repair is performed. Children are advised to not be in the rear seats or near the rear seating area during power-folding operation. The seat controller and the audio, visual, navigation software will be updated over-the-air (OTA) or by a dealer, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 14, 2026. Certain Volvo 850, S40, V40, V50, V70, XC70 and XC90 equipped with integrated child booster cushions were incorrectly labelled during vehicle assembly. The label indicates that the booster cushion can be used for children weighing between 15 and 36 kg (33 and 80 lb). CMVSS 213 states that the minimum weight for use must be 18 kg (40 lb). Should an underweight child be placed in the booster cushion and the vehicle is involved in a crash, the child may have a greater risk of injury.
