This is not a recall. Toyota has made changes to ensure that all new vehicles have correct vehicle identification numbers.
On certain vehicles, covers were not installed over the horizontal headlamp adjusters, and the vertical headlamp adjusters may not be accessible. As a result, the headlamps may be adjusted horizontally, and may not be adjusted vertically. Canadian regulations don't allow for horizontal headlamp adjustment unless the vehicle is equipped with a built-in aiming device, and require vertical headlamp adjusters to be accessible.

Headlamps that aren't properly adjusted could cause reduced visibility or glare for oncoming drivers, and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
