Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) is recalling certain model year 2013 Can-Am Spyder RT series and ST series motorcycles. The tandem brake master cylinder manifold inlet may melt allowing the brake fluid to leak out.
Safety Risk
Brake fluid may leak onto a heat source, increasing the risk of a fire.
Remedy
BRP will notify owners and dealers will install heat shields and a heat deflector, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in early September 2013. Owners may contact BRP at 1-888-638-5397.
Under certain conditions, a software problem may cause the throttle signal to be inverted. If this happens, the engine may not return to idle. As a result, the trucks don't meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations.

UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE TAB ON THE COLLAR WHICH IS USED TO CONTAIN THE RIGHT HAND THROTTLE TWIST GRIP MAY BREAK AND ALLOW THE TWIST GRIP TO SEPARATE FROM THE HOUSING, POSSIBLY PULLING THE THROTTLE CABLE TO ITS FULL EXTENSION AND/OR ALLOWING THE TWIST GRIP TO SEPARATE FROM THE HANDLEBAR. THIS COULD RESULT IN UNEXPECTED AND SUDDEN FULL THROTTLE OPERATION, AND IT COULD CAUSE THE OPERATOR TO LOSE BALANCE IF ONLY ONE HAND REMAINS ON THE HANDLEBAR FOR CONTROL.
On certain vehicles, the fuel rail bolts could become loose over time. If this happens, there could be a fuel odour or fuel leak in the engine compartment.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2018 Nissan Versa Note vehicles. During deployment of the side curtain air bag, a component of the air bag inflator may detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) number 214, "Side Impact Protection," and 226, "Ejection Mitigation."
