Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image to freeze or not to display. If this happens, the rearview image may not display when the transmission is shifted into reverse. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when the vehicle is reversing.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru Solterra vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. On certain vehicles, the optional off-road light bar installed during service may not have been attached properly. As a result, the light bar could loosen and detach from the vehicle.

Remedy
Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to contact Tesla Service to arrange for an inspection of the off-road light bar. Tesla Service will add additional fasteners to secure the light bar or, if necessary, replace the light bar and ensure that it's properly secured.
