Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023 INFINITI QX55 and 2022 INFINITI QX50 vehicles. The incorrect door latch may have been installed in the front right-side passenger door lock assembly, preventing the front right-side door lock from automatically locking.
Safety Risk
An unlocked door may unlatch and open during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2020-2021 GLE350, GLE450, GLS450, GLS580, 2021 AMG GLE53, AMG GLE63, Maybach GLS600, AMG GLS63, and 2020 GLE580 vehicles. The air conditioner drain hoses may have been incorrectly installed, causing water to drain into the passenger compartment.
Safety Risk
Water intrusion into the foot wells may cause corrosion and/or short circuits to electrical components, increasing the risk of fire. In addition, the emergency call (eCall) feature may be disabled and the doors may not unlock, increasing the risk of injury. Also, the engine may not start or may enter a limp-home mode, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and reinstall the air conditioner drain hoses, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 28, 2023. Owners may contact MBUSA customer service at 1-800-367-6372. This recall is an expansion of recall numbers 21V-288 and 19V-587. MBUSA's numbers for this recall are 2023030014 and 15.
On certain vehicles, the B-pillar trim could crack when a side curtain airbag deploys in a crash. If this happens, the side airbag(s) may not inflate properly and plastic pieces could be propelled toward people in the vehicle.
Safety Risk
Plastic pieces that are propelled towards vehicle occupants could create an increased risk of injury.
Remedy
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the interior B-pillar and beltline trim.
On certain vehicles, the air conditioning drain hose might be installed incorrectly. This could allow water to leak inside the vehicle. If this happens, electrical components could short circuit. This could affect different parts, such as the door locks and emergency call (eCall) system. It could also result in reduced engine power or cause the vehicle not to start.
Note: If this issue is present in your vehicle, you might notice wet carpets in the driver or passenger footwell and fogged windows. This is an expansion of Transport Canada Recall 2021-247.
Safety Risk
A loss of engine power could increase the risk of a crash. If the doors cannot be unlocked in an emergency situation, it may be difficult to exit the vehicle.
Remedy
Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect how the air conditioning hose is installed and correct it, if necessary. Mercedes-Benz recommends that you should not use the air conditioning until the vehicle is inspected.
On certain vehicles, the front brake hoses could fail and cause a progressive brake fluid leak. If this happens, the driver may experience a change in brake pedal feel and travel. This can cause reduced braking.
Note: A brake fluid leak would cause the brake warning light to turn on. This recall doesn't affect models with a Hybrid engine. Vehicles repaired under Ford warranty extension program 22N02 already have updated brake hoses, and don't require this repair.

Ford will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front brake hoses.
Rivian Automotive, LLC (Rivian) is recalling certain 2022-2023 R1S vehicles. The fasteners that secure the right and left side curtain air bags may be improperly secured.
Safety Risk
Improperly secured side curtain air bags may not perform as intended, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy
Dealers will secure or replace the side curtain air bags as necessary, free of charge. All owners have been notified and all vehicles will be repaired by March 15, 2023. Owners may contact Rivian customer service at 1-888-748-4261. Rivian's number for this recall is FSAM-1185.
On certain vehicles, the seat belt buckles for the driver and front-passenger seats could wear over time and may not latch securely. If this happens, the seat belt could unlatch unexpectedly.

A seat belt that doesn't latch securely could create an increased risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy
Honda will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the driver and front-passenger seat belt assemblies. In most cases, the seat belt buckle release buttons will be replaced. If the dealer determines that a buckle can't be repaired, it will be replaced with a new part.
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2017-2020 CR-V, 2018-2019 Accord and Accord Hybrid, 2018-2020 Odyssey, 2019 Insight, and 2019-2020 Acura RDX vehicles. A manufacturing issue with the front seat belts may cause the seat belt buckle channel to interfere with the release button, preventing the seat belt buckle from latching.

An unlatched seat belt cannot properly restrain the seat occupant during a crash, increasing their risk of injury.
Remedy

Bentley Motors, Inc. (Bentley) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Continental GTC vehicles. Due to a sharp edge on the air bag deflector bracket, the seat air bags may tear during deployment. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 214, "Side Impact Protection," and 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

A torn air bag may not adequately protect an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the affected front seats and, if necessary, remove the sharp edge on the airbag deflector bracket rivet, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 17, 2023. Kia will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the installation of the side curtain airbags, and reinstall them correctly if necessary.
On certain vehicles, the rivets that attach the airbag deflector brackets to the front seat frames may have sharp edges. As a result, the side airbags could be damaged during deployment, and may not inflate properly in a crash.

Remedy
Bentley will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the front seats. Any sharp edges found on the airbag deflector bracket rivets will be removed.
On certain motorcycles, the brake calipers could corrode over time. If this happens, the brakes could start to drag, which may cause them to overheat. Overheated brakes could lead to reduced braking.
Note: Dragging brakes could make noise when applied and create unusual odors or a burning smell. You may also notice reduced acceleration and the motorcycle can be more difficult to push manually.

Reduced braking can cause an extended stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Royal Enfield will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to replace the front and rear brake calipers. Until the recall repairs are completed, you should inspect your motorcycle before each ride to ensure that the brakes are not dragging.
Kia America, Inc. (Kia) is recalling certain 2021-2023 K5 vehicles. The side curtain air bags may have been installed incorrectly, causing them not to deploy properly in the event of a crash.
Safety Risk
Air bags that do not deploy as intended can increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles that may be equipped with a Toyota genuine accessory tonneau cover. The tonneau cover attachment joints may come loose and allow the cover to detach.
Safety Risk
A tonneau cover that detaches while driving can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Owners of the subject vehicles will be notified by first class mail to return their vehicles to a Toyota dealer. Dealer will install new hardware (bolts, spacers, washers, nuts, rubber washers and cotter pins) to the existing bracket and tonneau cover. If the tonneau cover has tears or splits at the mounting holes to the extent that new hardware cannot be installed, it will be replaced with a new tonneau cover and hardware. On certain trucks, the bed-cover could come loose while driving and detach from the truck.
Note: This recall affects Tundra and Tundra Hybrid models equipped with an optional Toyota genuine accessory tri-fold hard tonneau cover that was installed before delivery or sold as a dealer accessory.

A tonneau cover that separates from a moving vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people.
Remedy
Toyota will notify owners by mail and advise you to remove the tonneau cover. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. Toyota will send you a second notice when a final repair is available.
On certain Defender 130 models, the latch that locks the backrest for the third-row seat may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the seat backrest may not fully lock in place.
Safety Risk
A seat backrest that isn't locked could move in a crash and increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Land Rover will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect the third-row seat, and replace the backrest if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Land Rover recommends not to use a child car seat that requires a top-tether in the third-row seat until the recall repairs have been completed.
Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain 2023 Land Rover Defender 130 vehicles equipped with third-row seats. The third-row seatback latch may not latch properly, reducing the strength of a child seat installed to the top tether.

A child seat with reduced strength may not properly restrain the occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy

On certain vehicles, a Mazda Genuine Accessory trailer hitch wire harness may have been installed incorrectly. As a result, the wire harness could become loose or detach and be damaged by contact with nearby components like the exhaust system. If this happens, the trailer lights and/or brakes may not work.
Note: This recall is to inspect all CX-50 vehicles produced before January 17, 2023 to determine if they are equipped with a Mazda Genuine Accessory trailer hitch harness kit. The kit may have been ordered and installed at the time of a vehicle purchase or purchased separately from a dealer as an aftermarket accessory.

Mazda North America Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2023 CX-50 vehicles equipped with a Mazda Genuine Accessory trailer hitch. The trailer hitch harness may detach and become damaged, which can result in inoperative trailer lights and/or brakes.

Towing a trailer with inoperative lights or brakes can increase the risk of a crash.

Ferrari is recalling certain 2021-2023 Ferrari SF90 Coupe and 2022 SF90 Spider hybrid electric vehicles. When a child seat is installed on the passenger seat (size M), the deployment of the air bag may impact the child seat. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Air bag impact with a child seat can increase the risk of injury to the occupant.
Remedy
Owners are advised not to use child seats in the vehicle until it is repaired. Dealers will replace the size M passenger seat with a size XL passenger seat, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 21, 2023. The manufacturer's number for this recall is RC 84.
