Chrysler Group LLC (Chrysler) is recalling certain model year 2014 Ram ProMaster vehicles manufactured April 23, 2013, to August 22, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) may fail to learn the locations of the individual sensors while the vehicle is being driven. As a result, the low tire pressure warning light will illuminate, despite the the tire pressures being within specification. Should one of the tires lose air pressure, the driver would not be notified of the change in air pressure. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems."
Safety Risk
If the TPMS light illuminates because the sensors cannot be located, it could mask an actual low tire pressure condition, possibly resulting in tire failure, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Under certain conditions, the parking lamps could flicker. As a result, the parking lights could be difficult to see. Canadian regulations require the parking lamps to stay on constantly when the headlights are turned on.

Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the wrong rearview camera image to display while reversing. As a result, the hitch or trailer view image may display instead of the default rearview image. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display when reversing.

Isuzu Manufacturing Services of America (Isuzu) is recalling certain model year 2012-2014 Reach chassis manufactured July 26, 2011, to August 7, 2014. In the affected vehicles, the brake light switch may be bent while braking, possibly causing it to not activate the brake lights and potentially corrode.
Safety Risk
If the brake light switch bends or corrodes, the brake light switch may become inoperative, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Isuzu will notify owners, and dealers will apply a protector and a waterproof cover with an extension harness so that the switch cannot be bent or corroded, free of charge. Parts are not currently available. Owners will be sent an interim notification and then will be sent a second notice when remedy parts are available. Isuzu issued an interim notification to owners on December 17, 2014. The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638.
On certain vehicles, the pulse air reed valve (which permits flow of air from the air cleaner to the exhaust manifold) can fail in cold temperatures, resulting in a backflow of exhaust gas into the air cleaner and fuel induction system that causes a rich air/fuel mixture. This condition could ultimately result in spark plug misfire, or engine stalling.
