Dealers will replace the taillight bulb.
THE NON-CYCLING POWER WINDOW CIRCUIT BREAKER AND THE CYCLING LOW-BEAM CIRCUIT BREAKER MAY BE INTERCHANGED AT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FUSE PANEL. IN THE EVENT OF A SHORT OR OVERLOAD IN THE HEADLAMP CIRCUIT, BOTH HEADLAMPS COULD GO OUT WITHOUT WARNING, RATHER THAN FLASHING AS INTENDED WITH THE CYCLING CIRCUIT BREAKER. THIS COULD LEAD TO REDUCED NIGHTTIME DRIVER VISIBILITY, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
No risk description available.
CIRCUIT BREAKERS WILL BE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS.
On certain vehicles, a malfunctioning stop lamp switch and/or associated wiring may render the stop lamps inoperable or cause them to stay on all the time. If the switch and/or wiring fail in the open position, the brake lights will not activate and the driver will not be able to shift the vehicle out of park. If they fail in the closed position, the brake lights will remain on, which will not allow the speed control to be activated. This could also cause the battery to discharge.
No risk description available.
Dealer will install a newly designed stop lamp switch and wire assembly.
Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (Mitsubishi) is recalling certain model year 2009-2010 Mitsubishi Lancer vehicles manufactured January 12, 2009, to July 6, 2010, 2009-2010 Outlander vehicles manufactured January 12, 2009, to August 27, 2010, 2010 Lancer Sportback vehicles manufactured June 17, 2009, to June 8, 2010, and 2010 Lancer Evolution vehicles manufactured July 14, 2009, to August 4, 2010. The affected vehicles have an electronic control unit (ECU) that controls the head lights, tail lights, and windshield wipers. Due to a manufacturing error, the voltage inside this ECU may be unstable.
Unstable voltage could result in intermittent failure of the vehicle's head lights, tail lights, and windshield wipers. If the headlights and/or windshield wipers fail, the driver could have reduced visibility. If the tail lights fail, the vehicle could be less visible. Either condition increases the risk of a crash.
Mitsubishi will notify owners, and dealers will replace the affected ECU, free of charge. The recall began on June 15 ,2015. Owners may contact Mitsubishi customer service at 1-888-648-7820. Mitsubishi's number for this recall is SR-15-002.

On certain vehicles, water may drain from the windshield cowl area onto the front wiper link ball joint. Over time, this could result in corrosion and/or wear to the joint, which could result in the separation of the wiper link ball. If separation were to occur, the windshield wipers could become inoperative, which could limit the driver’s visibility under certain operating conditions which may increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
No risk description available.
Dealers will replace the wiper link rod with a countermeasure one, and will inspect the wiper motor crank arm and replace as necessary.
BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2023-2024 740i, 740i xDrive, 760i xDrive, i7 eDrive50, i7 xDrive60, i7 M70, 2024 750e xDrive, 530i, 530i xDrive, i5 eDrive40, and i5 M60 vehicles. The ground connection to the steering wheel may not have been attached correctly, resulting in an inoperative hands-on detection system.

VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE SHEET METAL CRACKING AT THE WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM PIVOT MOUNTINGS. THIS CAN RESULT IN DISLOCATION AND BINDING OF THE WIPER SYSTEM LINKAGE. INOPERATIVE WINDSHIELD WIPERS DURING INCLEMENT CONDITIONS WOULD REDUCE DRIVER VISIBILITY AND CREATE THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE CRASH.
No risk description available.
VEHICLES WILL BE RETROFITTED WITH A WINDSHIELD FRAME REINFORCEMENT AT THE WIPER PIVOT LOCATIONS AND WITH REDESIGNED LINKAGE COMPONENETS TO REDUCE STRESS LEVELS AT THE PIVOT MOUNTINGS.
Certain vehicles may experience the loss of one or more rear lamp functions (tail, brake, turn signal) on the portion of the rear lamp assemblies that are mounted in the body (the portion of the lamps mounted on the trunk are not affected). Failure of any rear lamp function may result in the following road users being unaware of the driver's intentions, as well as reducing vehicle conspicuity during hours of darkness, which could increase the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury.
No risk description available.
Dealers will install an additional electrical ground connection to the rear lamp circuitry. Rear lamp function will be checked and, if necessary, further electrical repair may be necessary, including the replacement of the 8-pin connector housing.
Under certain conditions, a software problem could cause the rearview camera image to disappear on the display. Canadian regulations require the rearview image to display while the transmission is in reverse gear.
A rearview camera image that does not display could reduce a driver's ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to update the head unit software.
