On certain vehicles, the fuel filler pipe may not have been connected properly to the filler neck. As a result, the connection could separate in a crash, and fuel could leak.

On certain trucks, a fuel vapour line bracket may have been installed in error. As a result, the fuel vapour line could become damaged by contact with the bracket and cause a fuel leak.
Note: This recall only affects certain trucks equipped with a 2.7 L engine.

On certain vehicles, the safety valve for the hydrogen fuel system may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the valve could fail and cause a hydrogen fuel leak.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Hyundai advises that you should park your vehicle outdoors and away from other vehicles or structures until the recall repairs have been completed. Hyundai will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the safety valve.
On one vehicle, the O-rings for the fuel injectors may not have been installed during production. As a result, fuel could leak.
UPDATE - After Ford notified Transport Canada about this problem, they determined that there are no Canadian vehicles affected by it. Accordingly, this safety recall was withdrawn.

On certain vehicles, a seal for the suction jet pump inside the fuel tank could fail. As a result, fuel may flow directly into the evaporative emission control system (EVAP). If this happens, fuel could leak from the charcoal canister.
