KTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain 2024 390 Duke, 250 Duke, 990 Duke, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, and Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 motorcycles. The seal on the fuel filler cap may develop cracks and leak fuel.
Safety Risk
A fuel leak increases the risk of fire or injury.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru Solterra vehicles equipped with a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) system. Please see the recall report for a complete list of models. A software error may cause the rearview camera to freeze or display a blank screen when the vehicle is in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

A rearview camera that fails to display an image can reduce the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Kia Motors America (Kia) is recalling certain 2025 Telluride and 2026 Sorento vehicles. The vehicles are equipped with an incorrect spare tire which, when installed, can impair the anti-lock braking system (ABS) and the traction control system (TCS). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2020-2025 Jeep Wrangler 4Xe and 2022-2026 Grand Cherokee 4Xe vehicles. The high voltage battery may fail internally and lead to a vehicle fire while parked or driving.
Safety Risk
A vehicle fire can increase the risk of injury.
Remedy
Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures and not to charge their vehicles until the remedy is completed. Dealers will update the high voltage battery software, and replace the high voltage battery, as necessary, free of charge. Some owner notification letters were mailed beginning December 17, 2025. Mazda North American Operations is recalling certain 2025 CX-50 and CX-50 Hybrid vehicles. The front suspension fastener bolts may not be tightened properly, which can result in suspension component and/or wheel detachment.

On certain vehicles, the wheel hub nuts, outer tie rod nuts, front lower ball joint nuts, upper control link nuts and/or axle bracket bolts may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the fasteners could loosen and detach. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels, a loss of control and/or parts could separate from the vehicle.
Note: This problem could cause unusual noises from the front of the vehicle when steering and/or driving over bumps.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Mazda advises you to visually inspect the alignment of the front wheels before driving until the recall repairs have been completed. On certain vehicles, a software problem could cause the daytime running lights (DRLs) not to turn on. As a result, the vehicles may not meet certain requirements of Canadian regulations.

DRLs that don't turn on could reduce visibility and make the vehicle less visible to others. These issues could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the vehicle software.
On certain vehicles, the optional off-road light bar installed during service may not have been attached properly. As a result, the light bar could loosen and detach from the vehicle.

Remedy
Tesla will notify owners by email and advise you to contact Tesla Service to arrange for an inspection of the off-road light bar. Tesla Service will add additional fasteners to secure the light bar or, if necessary, replace the light bar and ensure that it's properly secured.
Tesla, Inc. (Tesla) is recalling certain 2024 Cybertruck vehicles equipped with a service-installed off-road light bar accessory. An incorrect surface primer may have been used to attach the lightbar to the windshield, causing the light bar to loosen and detach.

A detached light bar may fall, creating a road hazard for other vehicles and increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Tesla Service will inspect the light bar and install an additional mechanical attachment or replace the light bar using tape to adhere the light bar to the windshield as well as an additional mechanical attachment as necessary, free of charge. On certain trucks, the recall repairs completed by a Ford dealer during recall 23S30 (Transport Canada recall no. 2023-340) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second repair is required.
On certain F-150 Lightning (electric) trucks, the rear lightbar could crack. If this happens, water could leak into the lightbar and cause the reverse lights not to work, or they could flicker.
Note: This recall only affects trucks with the Platinum or Lariat trim package.
