On certain vehicles, the plastic panel located between the windshield and the panoramic sunroof may not have been attached correctly during a prior service repair. Over time, the panel could loosen and separate from the vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the front roof panel.
Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 F-150 and Ford SD F250, F350, F450, F550, and F600 vehicles. The steering wheel clock spring may have an insufficient weld, causing a loss of electrical connection to the driver's frontal air bag.
Safety Risk
A deactivated air bag will not deploy during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the clock spring as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 3, 2024. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332.
On certain trucks, the wiring in the steering wheel clockspring could become disconnected. This would cause the airbag warning lamp to turn on, and the driver-front airbag would not inflate in a crash. The problem may also cause the horn or other steering wheel-mounted controls not to work properly.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your truck to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the clockspring.
On certain motorcycles, the passenger backrest could crack and break if it is used incorrectly or was not installed correctly. If this happens, a passenger could suddenly lose back support.
Safety Risk
A sudden loss of back support could increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
Ducati will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to inspect the installation of the passenger backrest. The dealer will adjust it, as necessary, and install a warning sticker to inform how to properly use the backrest.
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2022-2024 RS e-tron GT, e-tron GT, Q4 e-tron Sportback, Q4 e-tron, 2020-2021 Audi A8, 2019-2024 e-tron Quattro, 2020-2024 e-tron Sportback Quattro, Q5, and 2021-2022 A7 vehicles. When using the industrial 220V/240V plug at the 100% charge setting, some home power outlets may be incapable of handling the electrical current required to utilize the compact charging system, causing the outlet or charging cable to overheat.

An overheated outlet or charging cable can increase the risk of a fire.
Remedy
Owners are advised not to use the 220V/240V compact/portable charging cable and only use the 110V home charging cable or public charging stations. On certain vehicles, the front passenger airbag may have been installed incorrectly during a previous recall repair. As a result, the airbag may not inflate properly in a crash.

Mazda North American Operations (Mazda) is recalling certain 2004-2006 B-Series vehicles that received replacement front passenger air bag inflators under a previous recall. The replacement front passenger air bag inflators may have been installed incorrectly.

An incorrectly installed inflator may not properly inflate the passenger air bag, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy

On vehicles equipped with the Autosteer advanced driver-assistance feature, when using the feature, the vehicle may not provide strong enough warnings or monitor the driver closely enough to prevent misuse of the feature.
Safety Risk
A driver that doesn't pay close attention while using the Autosteer feature or who doesn't react quickly when Autosteer is canceled could have an increased risk of a crash.
Remedy
Tesla will notify owners by email and supply an over-the-air software update to improve driver monitoring and alerts while using the Autosteer feature. Tesla advises that you must always pay attention and be ready to take control of the vehicle at any time while using the Autosteer advanced driver-assistance feature.
Volvo Car USA, LLC (Volvo Car) is recalling certain 2015-2024 XC90 vehicles. The second-row seat belt buckle and lower belt anchor bolts may not be tightened properly.
Safety Risk
An improperly tightened seat belt buckle may not restrain an occupant as intended, increasing their risk of injury during a crash.
Remedy

Ducati North America (Ducati) is recalling certain 2016-2023 XDiavel S and XDiavel STD motorcycles. The passenger backrest may break if it is installed incorrectly or used incorrectly by the passenger.

A broken passenger backrest may result in the passenger falling off the motorcycle, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the passenger backrest installation, tighten the screws as necessary, and also apply a warning sticker on the component, free of charge. On certain Boxster GTS 4.0 and Cayman GTS 4.0 models, the rear vehicle electronics control unit may not have been programmed correctly during production. As a result, the rear spoiler may be too high and block the high-mounted stop lamp. This problem could also lead to poor handling.
Safety Risk
A high-mounted stop lamp that is blocked may cause others not to recognize when the vehicle is braking. Additionally, poor handling could cause a loss of control. Both issues could increase the risk of a crash.
Remedy
Porsche will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to reprogram the rear vehicle electronics control unit.
Daimler Vans USA, LLC (DVUSA) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and 2021 Freightliner Sprinter vehicles. The topcoat paint formula may cause the windows and interior lashing rails to be insufficiently bonded to the vehicle.
Safety Risk
An insufficiently bonded window can detach during a crash, and objects secured to an insufficiently bonded interior lashing rail can detach, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect the paint adhesion and repair it as necessary, free of charge. Depending on the extent of any damage, DVUSA may offer to repurchase the vehicle. Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (MBUSA) is recalling certain 2024 GLE 450e Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) vehicles. Due to a software error in the electronic stability program (ESP), the force required to stop the vehicle may increase, possibly requiring an extended distance to stop.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022-2023 F-150 Lightning vehicles. The SYNC software may fail to activate the electronic stability control (ESC) system at the beginning of each ignition cycle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems."
Safety Risk
Failure to reset the ESC to active may result in the driver unknowingly operating the vehicle without electronic stability control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy

Under certain conditions, a software problem for the electronic stability control (ESP) control unit could cause the power brake assist not to work properly. As a result, there may be an increase in brake pedal effort and reduced braking.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2021 Rogue vehicles. The left and/or right rear brake caliper assemblies may be missing an internal bushing, allowing the O-ring seal to move and brake fluid to leak.
Safety Risk
A loss of brake fluid may reduce braking performance, increasing the risk of crash.
Remedy
Dealers will replace the left and right rear brake calipers, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 12, 2024. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669. The two vehicles that were previously inspected under recall 21V-286 and did not receive a brake caliper replacement will need to have the new remedy completed.
On certain vehicles, the seat belt pretensioner(s) may be missing a rivet. As a result, the seat belt pretensioner(s) may not work properly in a crash.
Note: On Accord models, only the driver's side pretensioner could be affected. On HR-V models, both the driver's and passenger's side pretensioners could be affected.

Remedy
