On certain vehicles equipped with an Audio 20 head unit and automatic child seat recognition, the status of the passenger airbag may not be displayed correctly. For example, the display may indicate that an airbag is turned off when it is not. This could create a situation where a child or small-statured occupant is inadvertently placed in front of an active airbag. This could increase the risk of injury in a crash.

On certain Corona wagon vehicles, the fuel system pressure relief valve spring seat may become dislodged resulting in a decreased fuel supply to the carburetor. This could cause engine hesitation or engine stalling and in some cases the engine may not immediately start.
Certain vehicles do not comply with the requirements of CMVSS 111 - Rearview Mirrors. Affected vehicles were produced with a driver's side exterior rearview mirror designed for the non-Canadian market, which would cause objects seen in the mirror to appear farther than they actually are. This could increase the risk of a crash during a lane change, which could cause injury and/or property damage.
