Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023 Explorer vehicles equipped with 2.3L GTDI engines. The turbocharger oil supply line may be damaged, which can result in an oil leak inside the engine compartment.
An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire. In addition, the loss of oil can result in an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
Owners are advised to park and shut off the engine as soon as possible if they see an oil pressure warning light or smoke coming from the engine compartment. FERRARI IS RECALLING 1,950 MY 2005-2007 F40 SPIDER VEHICLES. THE DEFECT INVOLVES THE HYDRAULIC HOSES FOR THE CONVERTIBLE TOP THAT ARE LOCATED INSIDE OF THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT. THE HEAT FROM THE ENGINE MAY CAUSE HAIR-LINE CRACKS TO FORM IN THE HOSES WHICH MAY RESULT IN FLUID LEAKAGE FROM THE CONVERTIBLE TOP HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.
THIS LEAKAGE IN TURN, WILL CAUSE THE CONVERTIBLE TOP WARNING LIGHT TO ILLUMINATE AND IF NOT REMEDIED, COULD ULTIMATELY LEAK FLUID INTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT CAUSING SMOKE AND A FIRE, RENDERING THE VEHICLE INOPERABLE AND POSSIBLY RESULTING IN A CRASH.

On certain trucks, a washer in the transmission could break. If this happens, metal particles could cause the park pawl not to work properly. As a result, the truck could move when the transmission is in Park, and the parking brake is not used. Note: This recall only affects trucks with a 6.7 L diesel engine.

Yamaha Motor Company, Ltd. (Yamaha) is recalling certain 2018-2022 XMAX scooters. The camshaft retainer bolt may loosen and not properly secure the camshaft, resulting in an engine stall.
An engine stall can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Owners are advised not to ride their scooter until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will install a new camshaft plate kit, free of charge. On certain Ranger Electric vehicles, the transaxle may have been manufactured with the park detent spring misaligned. If the spring is misaligned, the park mechanism may not engage when the shift lever is placed in the park position. If the park mechanism does not engage and the operator has not applied the parking brake, the vehicle may be free to roll as if in neutral which could potentially result in a vehicle crash.

On certain vehicles, the starter ring gear which is attached to the clutch assembly with three mounting screws may become separated. This failure could be caused by a fracture of the starter ring gear itself due to incorrect positioning of the mounting holes or; by the failure of the mounting screws. If either of these conditions occur, fragments of the starter ring gear may be thrown from the clutch area. If these fragments came into contact with the vehicle's tire, a puncture could occur resulting in the possible loss of vehicle control and a crash without prior warning to the driver.

General Motors (GM) is recalling certain model year 2013 Cadillac SRX vehicles, manufactured January 31, 2012, through March 18, 2013, and equipped with 18 inch wheels. On the affected vehicles, the wheel lug nuts may loosen.
If the lug nuts loosen, they may fall off or cause the wheel studs to fracture. Either condition would allow the wheel to separate from the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

On certain B600, B700, B800, F600, F700 and F800 vehicles, an incorrect end clamp on the hand throttle actuating cable may interfere with the outboard accelerator return spring. On certain F-TYPE SVR specification vehicles, the rear lower control arm knuckle assembly deformable bolt may have been torqued multiple times during the time of assembly contrary to the specification. This could cause the anti-corrosion coating to come off, exposing bare metal to the environment, resulting in premature fatigue failure causing separation of the joint. Under certain conditions, the vehicle may not slow down after you release the accelerator pedal. This problem can only happen after a specific series of actions is performed in a short period of time, including disengaging the cruise control, changing the drive mode, and applying and releasing the accelerator pedal. If this happens, and you don't apply the brakes, the vehicle may not slow down as expected.
