American Honda Motor Co. (Honda) is recalling certain model year 2015 Honda Fit vehicles manufactured April 11, 2014, to June 9, 2014. The affected vehicles may have been assembled with an A-pillar interior cover designed for vehicles without side curtain air bags.
The affected vehicles are equipped with side curtain air bags and in the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the side curtain air bags, the incorrect A-pillar interior cover may adversely affect the performance of the side curtain air bags increasing the risk of occupant injury.
Honda will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the A-pillar interior cover and install the correct A-pillar cover, as necessary, free of charge. Kia America, Inc (Kia) is recalling certain 2027 Telluride and Telluride Hybrid vehicles. The driver seat belt emergency locking retractor may lock, causing the seat belt strap not to extend. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."
A seat belt strap that does not extend can fail to restrain an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2025 CB1000SP Hornet SP motorcycles. The pivot bolt on the gearshift pedal may loosen and detach, resulting in the inability to shift gears. As such, these motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 123, "Motorcycle Controls and Displays."
The inability to shift gears while riding increases the risk of a crash or injury.

On certain vehicles, excessive amounts of silicon grease was applied to the telescoping mechanism of the steering column during vehicle assembly. As a result, oil can separate from the grease, which can form droplets that may fall onto the brake light switch. This can cause the brake light to fail, it may not be possible to shift the transmission from the Park position and/or the stop lamps may fail to illuminate, leading to a failure to alert a following vehicle of the driver's intent to stop, potentially resulting in a crash.

Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 LEAF vehicles manufactured November 19, 2012, to July 31, 2015. During very cold temperatures, the relay inside the electronic brake booster may freeze, requiring the driver to exert more effort to slow the vehicle down.
If the brake relay fails, longer distances or additional brake effort would be required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

On certain vehicles, objects or debris located under the front passenger seat could contact the electrical connector of the Occupant Classification System (OCS) and disconnect the connector if the seat is moved. This would disable the OCS and illuminate the instrument cluster Air Bag warning lamp. If the OCS is disabled, the first stage front passenger airbag would deploy in a frontal collision, regardless of the weight and size of the front passenger seat occupant. If the seat were to be occupied by a child seat or small statured occupant, it could increase the risk of injury. Additionally, this condition could cause the second stage of the frontal passenger airbag to fail to deploy during a crash, which could increase the risk of injury to the front passenger seat occupant.

Honda is recalling certain model year 2012 Honda CR-V and model year 2013 Acura ILX vehicles. If the manual or power door lock is activated while an interior front door handle is being operated by an occupant, the cable connecting the interior door handle to the door latch mechanism may become loose and move out of position. There is a possibility that the cable can move far enough out of position to prevent the door from properly latching.
If the door is not fully latched, the door may open while driving or in a crash, increasing the risk of personal injury to the vehicle occupants.

This defect can affect the safe operation of the airbag system. Until this recall is performed, customers should remove all items from their key rings, leaving only the ignition key. The key fob (if applicable), should also be removed from the key ring. General Motors LLC (GM) notified the agency on July 3, 2014, that they are recalling 5,877,718 model year 2000-2005 Chevrolet Impala and Monte Carlo, 1997-2003 Chevrolet Malibu, 2004-2005 Malibu Classic, 1999-2004 Oldsmobile Alero, 1998-2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue, 1999-2005 Pontiac Grand Am and 2004-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix vehicles. In these models, the weight on the key ring and/or road conditions or some other jarring event may cause the ignition switch to move out of the run position, turning off the engine.
If the key is not in the run position, the air bags may not deploy if the vehicle is involved in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

On certain vehicles, there is a potential for the engine to start without warning due to an unintended path to ground. This can occur when either the negative battery cable is disconnected at the battery / fusible link or if the fusible link opens as a result of a short circuit.
