On certain F-150 Lightning (electric) models, the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light may not turn on until the tire pressure is very low. Driving a vehicle with low tire pressure could lead to poor handling and/or a tire failure.

Remedy
Ford will notify owners by mail and send a wireless over-the-air software update to each vehicle. Alternatively, you may schedule an appointment to have the update performed at a Ford dealership. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Transit, F-150, and Explorer vehicles. The connecting rod and rod bearing components may have manufacturing defects that can lead to engine damage and engine failure.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 Lincoln Navigator vehicles previously repaired under Recall 22V455 (22C14). The headlight control module software may cause the side marker and daytime running lights to fail. Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Lincoln Nautilus, 2023-2025 Escape, 2023 Lincoln Corsair, 2025 Lincoln Corsair, Maverick, and Bronco Sport vehicles equipped with a 1.5L or 2.0L MPC engine and an engine block heater. The engine block heater may overheat when the vehicle is parked with the block heater plugged in.

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Mustang Mach E vehicles. In the event of a low battery charge, the electronic door latches may remain locked once the driver or front passenger exits and shuts the door, possibly trapping someone who is unable to use the inside door release handles, such as a child in the back seat.

On certain vehicles, the spring that secures the brake booster pushrod to the brake pedal may not have been installed. As a result, the pushrod could detach from the pedal and cause a loss of brakes.

Remedy
To reduce the safety risk, Ford advises you not to drive your vehicle until the recall repairs are completed. Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to contact a dealer to arrange for an inspection. The dealer will repair the brake pedal assembly, as necessary.
